Excellent chair. Real leather in orange is great. not too bright. Quality is very good. Very comfortable. Assembly was a little difficult. Watch video. some confusing instructions. I've never assembled anything like this so 0 experience made it slower. I assembled it by putting parts on the shipping box which made it easier. Leave extensive plastic wrap on pieces to protect leather. You need a helper to hold things while trying to put bolts in holes. 2 people assembly easy.

The media could not be loaded. The chair is real leather in the spots they advertise, the rest is pleather and that is okay as those parts you don't generally touch. It comes with two sets of great wheels (office and warehouse) and looks good. It is comfortable for the first couple of weeks, then became quite uncomfortable, causing a lot of issues with one leg. I posted my extreme displeasure and the seller reached out about the issue inquiring what the exact problem was. They sat there with me and troubleshooted the issue. Making the chair acceptable with a simple replacement part - a shorter gas lift cylinder, which alleviated pressure off of my thighs, elevated my knees and added a seat cushion. the chair sits lower now and is acceptable for long periods of use. I will give it to the seller since they went out of their way to assist me as a customer. and the chair overall is quite nice - Thank you Howard. I suggest considering your height and weight when choosing this chair. I am 6'2" and 218lbs. I had to change out the cylinder to a 2.4" lift for me to comfortably sit on it for long periods.

I purchased this chair for my home office to replace a ten year old chair. I spend 3 to 5 hours a day at my desk. I wanted a chair that was comfortable and would last a long time. This chair is very well built with high quality materials. It arrived on time and was very well packaged. Assembly instructions were OK if you had viewed the video on the product page. Tools for the assembly were provided. Assembly was relatively easy with two exceptions. 1. The ten Allen head bolts for the base legs each had a drop of Loctite on the threads making them very hard to get started. They are very soft and the wrench stripped out the head before they could be tightened completely. I had to use vise grips to back them out and purchased stainless steel bolts to replace them. 2. Getting the arm rests lined up with the seat and back cushions to install the bolts was extremely difficult. In summary it is a very well built/designed chair. I find the rocking/reclining feature to be very comfortable. Unfortunately, this also tends to make me fall asleep in the meddle of the day.

I rarely write reviews on the purchases I make unless I feel that a review is warranted. I have used the chair for almost 2 months and I have been having a hard time in distinguishing the difference between it and the one I picked up at Walmart for $89 which lasted for 5 years until its PU leather started flaking on the arms support . It feels very low when sitting on it and my legs get numb even though I am just 5"9 190 lbs. The height adjustment does not seem to go up to any comfort height zone. The height level goes so low occasionally to a point of feeling like you are almost sitting on the floor and have to use height adjustment to bring it up to its maximum height which is still way too low for comfort level. I used the instructions that were provided and assembling parts that were included and I am pretty sure I did not miss any step in its assembly. I still believe it has genuine leather which was an incentive in forking out almost $500 but if its comfort level is not satisfactory then I do not think it is worth that kind of money

Decent enough, given the plethora of “bonded” leather chairs on the market. This one has a few quality controls issues like the religious iconography scribbled on the left arm, the peeling “chrome” on the “metal” tube and the 1500-or-so layers of paint preventing the rocking actuating lever from—er, actuating. After some surgery, the chair now rocks. Also, the perforations in the leather are not in the correct placement to vent the seating surfaces, so if your office thermostat is set above 72, you’ll be swampy.
