We had difficulties with this product however the company went above and beyond to correct it. The first one was damaged in shipping. We tried a replacement part but the product was no longer in service. They sent us an entirely new product and we are VERY pleased with the outcome.

Received the wheel, the manual was for a different wheel and a page was torn in half. I tried reaching out to the company via phone, was given a message that the number was no longer in service. When I did hear from them on Amazon, they sent me a digital copy of the manual which was multiple pages and nothing like what they had put in the package.
