I liked this kit, but admittedly, I only use a small portion of the features. * I never use the apron, rather I use a towel on my lap. * I only use, like, five of the tools. The rest end up crowding my bucket. Yes, I really don't use the tool pouch.

First impressions, it's definitely a good set for gifting someone just starting on the sculpturing journey. Realistically though, whilst I love the niftiness and make of the carry pouch, it really doesn't make sense to have, even if you're moving from place to place. It would just be better to get a craft box to put the tools in, because it is a hassle getting the tools through the elastic loops, especially with them being so sharp. I got nicked twice, from different tools, whilst putting them in the case. I have yet to test the sturdiness of them, but I will update once I get into that aspect of things. I am new to sculpting, so I eagerly await this new adventure. It's definitely a great bang for the buck. ... show more

I've been a potter for many years and I've held alot of tools. these are all right kind of like the difference from regular crayons to those giant ones. well not that bad but get a "mud tool" wooden knife and you'll see what I mean. but here you are looking for a set of cheap pottery tools this is a great set for you. you're either going to go 1 of 2 ways. you're either going to get better and get better tools or like me just make or minipulate the tools you have. I make trimming tools from hack saw blades and I don't file off the teeth my standards are low. but as i stated in comparison to more expensive tools you will notice the difference but if you're just trying to get through a class this will overly do and good luck ... show more

Tools look okay, apron is thin, huge obnoxious logo (advertisement) of their brand on both the tool bag and apron that’s not shown in the pictures of items. Wouldn’t have bought had I known. Beware!
