Great tool for holes. Easy to clean good size availability. My only complaint is the 1 inch handle unglued with the first twist. Had to reglue and tape it. Thought I was going to ruin my piece but made it through.

    • Decent set of inexpensive tools
This is a decent set of low-cost pottery tools. They do NOT have a plunger or spring loaded center to push the clay you, so you will need to dig it out if you pack clay in the center; however the angle and sharpness of the tip is sufficient enough that you can cut a hole without packing clay into the tool. I ordered 2 sets, so a total of 8 tools. One of the large tools arrived with the metal part separated from the handle. It will be easy to glue back on with the proper adhesive. All in all, this is a good buy if you need to buy tools for a student, or when you are starting out and need to keep costs to a minimum. ... show more

I love these for my pottery making. Easy to use and so far easy to clean up as well. The variety of sizes is just right for making holes for berry bowls or the opening of a ceramic birdhouse. Very sharp and durable.

The small ones are a little bit of a pain to clean out but overall these tools are great. Especially for cutting holes as designs or holes for jewelry or ornaments. Definitely Worth the price!

Arrived with handle not attached to the largest one. Had to glue it on... Second one has a different style attachment of handle which should have been used on all four. Quality is awful.
