This is perfect for my Cricut iron-ons, have yet to try on a mug but the curved bottom is so useful, and the tip is good for ironing small sections. Heats up super quickly as well. Love the little silicone base to protect my surfaces as well.

There is a whole lot that I love about this little heat press. The fact that it has a numeric heat setting as opposed to just "low/medium/high" is at the very top of that list. I like my old medium sized rectangular heat press, but I spend half of my time looking at the instructions sheet to remember what setting correlates to which temperature. Now I can just set the temperature and move on with my life! I also have far more flexibility with temperatures than the old one gave me. So yeah, with that part, I'm in love. The smaller size is also convenient for working with smaller areas, and the curved heel is invaluable. My daughter is 9 and very into doll clothes, so I'm frequently having to press tiny pieces and often on a curved ham. Now I can heat-set gems and HTV designs onto a doll's bodice without having to worry about the fact that the surface is necessarily curved. My only issue with this press is that on the back of white canvas diamond arts I have pressed thus far, I have seen some gray markings as though the finish is transferring. The iron is set to a pretty low temperature, so I'm not sure if it's just that I didn't clean the iron before first use or if it's something about the specific material of the diamond art canvases that is reacting with the iron plate, but I'm a little nervous now about using it on the front side of a project. So long as I'm working with a pressing sheet between the design and the press, however, it should be fine.

I own mini press that broke after dew used, so i got this one so far so good. I use it ti use htv for card stock, i like the concave area for the shoes and it has temperature control. And i love the mint green color. It comes with a carrying bag too.
