Pretty nifty heat press. My unit temperature units were in F and the manual doesnt really say. Easy to setup and use. We press at 310 F and 30 seconds for our material with a cold peel and a second press at 15 seconds with white butcher paper. Did have to test pressure and I would say for the big platten it takes a fair bit of pressure but your hats may vary. The curve is a little different than the curve of the hay but it didnt really seem to affect the transfers. One interesting artifact was a slight white line being left on the brim of the hat near the area being pressed. Turns out it was the paint from the machine getting hot and transferring onto the hat. Bit of heat tape to cover the edge of the white painted metal and problem solved. All in all a good value and it works well.

Easy to Use! Happy with purchase. Used to apply DTF print to hat and worked great. Pressed at 270° for 10 secs. Beeps when timer is up. Easy to adjust timer and heat. Comes with suction cups for bottom which Worked great didnt move! Definitely suggest this product

This is a great little press. I love the control over temperature and timing, and have had great results. I only knock a star off because I wish there was a smaller/different shaped plate to press graphics onto the lower edges just above the cap bill. It just can’t quite get in there well enough for that. But otherwise great so far!

Very easy to use. Settings are easy to set, pressure is adjustable, has a time that beeps when time is up. Overall, a great heat press. The only thing I would change is for the buzzer to be a little louder. It’s quite even standing right next to it. The suction cups on the feet really stick to the desk too, so that keeps it from shifting while you’re clamping it down. First time hat press user and this worked great for me! Really user friendly and it heats up really fast! Literally minutes and it’s up at 330°. Pro tip that I figured out today - loosen the pressure so your hat doesn’t get smooshed. Once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Their customer service is terrible! My hat press I bought in August broke over the weekend. I immediately contacted product support to file a warranty claim. I got AI generated emails back and forth troubleshooting. We did all the things. It is an internal issue with the switch. I've called spoke to the same guy. He said he will email me to get a replacement sent. I never got the email I had to keep calling. He emails me a generic email stating they will get back with me in the morning. They ALWAYS say in the morning. I called today because it is RIDICULOUS! He said the manufacturer only works after midnight. So 5 days later I am no closer to getting a replacement. Save your money and buy a different brand with better customer service. HTVRONT doesn't properly back their products or take care of their customers!
