This device is AMAZING! I rarely do reviews but I was so impressed that I had to share my thoughts. After returning from an out of the country trip, my car would not start and the battery was completely dead. I ordered a high powered jump start system that could not get my car started and after the 3rd attempt it failed. The device was 3x the size of this jumpstarter and required a 110 outlet. I ordered this one just to see if I would get any different results. I was shocked at how small it was and assumed that there would be no way it would be able to start my large vehicle. I drive a Mercedes S550 which is a pretty big vehicle and requires lots of power for all of its advanced features. To my surprise this little device jump my vehicle on the first try. Once again I had a jump starter system that was 3 times larger that had direct power from an outlet and had no impact. This charger is compact, maintains its charge so I keep it in my vehicle for emergency purposes. The case is premium and I love the large led display. You can see how small it is in relation to my vehicle emblem yet a completely dead batter was no match for its power. I would encourage anyone to purchase this. If I could trust it on an $130k vehicle and have no issues whatsoever I trust you won’t be disappointed. ... show more

Even though I have AAA Road Service for my cars, sometimes it is more convenient to be able to jump start your car instead of waiting for the service vehicle to arrive. This small, handy device replaces the need to carry jumper cables and trying to flag down someone to give your battery a quick start. There are lots of choices that you can see on Amazon or in an auto parts store, but looking over the choices I selected this HPBS model H2000. It has and does everything that you need it to do without a lot of the bells and whistles you will see on some other, more expensive units. It is light in weight, small in size, and come in a carry case for the unit and its cables in a compact, easy to store case. It comes with clear, easy to follow instructions. I own a 2007 Expedition, which has a V-8 engine in it, so the battery installed in it has 850 cold cranking amps. I left the dome light on accidentally and after what I assume was several days, had completely drained the battery. I had bought this jump starter for my wife's Focus (only 4 cylinders). I thought "what the heck" and gave this starter a shot, not expecting it to actually start the engine. I was wrong! Totally and effortlessly cranked the engine. My wife got stranded at her workplace when her car battery died and had to wait for an hour for roadside assistance. We immediately started looking for a jump starter for our cars so that we doesnt end up in that horrible situation again. To be frank, I was not aware if a jump starter would come in such a portable size and would be so easy to use. I researched quite a bit and decided to go with HPBS. The product came flawless in nice packaging with very detailed operating instructions. My neighbors Toyota Sienna broke a few days after and we decided to give it a try. It worked like a charm in the first attempt. The battery did not drain much as well and I charged it back to 100% under an hour. My wifes pretty comfortable using this and we are most probably ordering one more for the other car. I would highly recommend this product. Its worth the price. ... show more

If you drive a car, you need a HPBS Jump Start battery. Just had to jump a neighbor's Chev Truck, started right up. You never know when your battery is going to fail on your vehicle, or where you will be when it does fail. I keep this jumper batter in my car and set a reminder to give it a charge every 3 months, still at 100% when I plug it up. I bought a second one for my son for a birthday present. A few weeks later, his car battery failed. He said it was the best birthday present he has ever gotten. This is a great product. ... show more

Contact the Customer Service about a little problem I encountered while charging my HPBS battery and sure they responded immediately. The HPBS refunded my purchase in no time. They asked for the order number and less than 6 hours my refund was credited back to my bank account. HPBS customer service were very grateful and concerned about my purchase they even let me keep the battery after they refunded. I like the battery is very compact and very easy to use. I charge my iPad and iPhone and I even use to jump start my grandsons dodge challenger in less than 40 seconds. I will recommend this battery to anyone. I will sure buy it again from them. I’ve used it twice two jump a 6.2 L F250 that doesn’t get used much at our ranch. At first it sounded like it would not have enough power but after waiting about a minute I tried it again and off we went. Last time I used it and it started right up.
