Personally, I hate U nails but I have a lot of fencing to work on. I bought the 9 Gauge Nail Gun and these Nails to save my thumb. Man has it worked well. These nails are just like the regular u-nails but the get fired from a nail gun. Great product.

Love the product. Fits the Freeman staple guns great. Use 1000 of these so far with no jam. Manufacturer box is just fine but whoever puts these small, heavy boxes in a larger box is making a mistake. I ordered two boxes and they were in one bigger Amazon box. They floated all over in shipment. I opened each box of staples when they arrived and although still usable, there are many reams of staples that are broken due to poor packing for shiping... product is great though ... show more

purchased DeWalt battery driven fencing stapler and box of DeWalt staples. Took stapler delivery along with notification fence nails (staples) had 2 month backlog wait. Called Amazon and asked, several ways, if the Freeman staples were equal and equivalent to the backlogged DeWalt staples. Was assured and reassured on interchangeability and thus made the purchase. Upon receipt it was learned they do not fit. DeWalt stapler, and Freeman fence staples are incompatible in several insurmountable ways. It was not feasible to separate the prepackaged staple inserts in the field, time ran out and fence nails were locally purchased and hand driven as usual.
