Things to know: 1. The computer arrived FAST (like, within 4 days) and I live in a remote area. 2. VERY well packaged! 3. EASY to put together 4. At first, takes awhile to start up. 5. The second monitor will not be detected until you install the windows updates. Once they install, you're gucci. 6. The usb on the top of the tower plugs into the back for Wi-fi 7. There is a usb inside the mouse to plug into the back of the tower for it to work. 8. All cords, batteries and accessories are included and are easy to install...plug and play. 9. I had this set up in under 15 minutes; the start up for Windows took a bit longer and I had to hard restart it once, but now it works like a charm. 10. The monitors and tower bears a logo I'm not familiar with, but when the computer boots up, it's HP all the way. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase. For the price, one shouldn't really complain or expect it to be a $5K computer. All of the components work and appear to be brand new.

When the computer first arrived, early March, I unpacked it, and I was very impressed with the care taken in packing it for shipping. It appeared, from the packing, that the computer was brand new. I removed all of the components and hooked it up for use. In hooking up the computer, I discovered that one of the cords necessary for completing the hookup was missing. So, I had to go out and get a cord to complete the hookup of the monitors. Two monitors were included, however, only one cord was included. Initially, the computer performed perfectly. No issues with speed or operation. However, since that time, the computer seems to crash at least once a month. I receive an error message, and a message that something has gone wrong, and that the computer will have to shut off and restart. As I was completing this review, it occurred to me again. I purchased the warranty for the computer, so I do have some peace of mind. However, it is disappointing to know that at any time the computer will crash and have to restart, just as I am in the middle of an important project. I won't make a buy or don't buy recommendation, just wanted to make an honest and accurate review of the product. Computer completely crashed. Contact Norton support and the technical staff took control of my computer to attempt to diagnose the issue. I was informed that windows was not properly installed and now the computer must be repaired. The computer must be taken in to a repair center and it must be wiped clean windows can be reinstalled. When I purchased the computer, I was not given a key or a cd or any other device that would allow me to reinstall windows on this computer. Purchasing this computer was a BIG MISTAKE!!! I will never purchase another product from this vendor again.

I bought this computer as the one I am using is old and clonky. I have cluttered it with all sorts of data such that it takes minutes to find what I want and I needed a dedicated computer I could run off-line for my work. So I bought this one. It arrived a day earlier than forecast. The packaging was awesome. I am surprised they did not wrap it in a couple of feather mattresses. They could have wrapped an elephant with all the bubble wrap they used. Everything was as promised and although there was no instructions the connections would be self evident to most. Included with the computer was a downright plea to contact them if anything was amiss. It took just a few minutes to put the beast together and the thing came to life when I switched on. But there was a problem,; one of the screen displays was wildly off center leaving a two inch black display void on the far left of the screen. I had received the unit that afternoon and by the time I discovered the problem it was slightly after 4 o'clock and their note said don't call after 4 as we won't answer. I was forced to wait another day. Early the next morning I called and a young lady answered the phone, took my account number and we got to work. We quickly narrowed the problem to the monitor and the menu buttons in the front. When pressed they announced that the menu was locked. It took less than ten minutes to discover how to unlock the device (hold the menu button for 30 seconds) amid much laughter and I was on my way. Great service and a satisfied customer! So far.

I purchased this computer system as an additional work station for my office. It arrived in a timely fashion and I set it up in short order. The issue came in attempting to connect to the internet. My office operates off of a high speed WiFi network, since it's detached from where the router is located. The pc would connect to say Google or Internet Explorer, but it did so very slowly and would often time out! I called the companies tech department and had to leave a message. The tech got back to me within a few hours. He walked me thru some test procedures testing to see if it was a hard drive issue of a WiFi adapter issue. Not realizing the system came with a WiFi adapter, I had ordered a high gain adapter off Amazon. It arrived the following day and I walked thru the instructions from tech support. The new adapter worked perfectly and solved the internet connectivity issue. I contacted Amazon and they issued me a gift card for the cost of the replacement adapter. While it didn't work as it should have upon setup, both the Seller and Amazon did what they should have to get the system running and the refund for my out of pocket monies. Overall, I would give both parties an A- for their efforts and the results. I would definitely buy again. Just be aware, the Seller sent 2 - VGA cords for the monitors with one VGA/Display Port adapter. The pc only has one VGA port on the display card.
