When I bought my dark blue Jeep it had scratches in the hood that went through the paint. They looked like thin white lines and were quite noticeable. I tried the dark blue version of this product and it worked much better than I expected. The scratches didn’t entirely disappear, but they are much less noticeable and blend in with the rest of the paint. You can’t even see them unless you get up close. We hired a man to wax our car for us with this wax. It looked great and covered up many scratches on the hood after a branch fell on it. That was less than a month ago. The scratches are showing through already. I don't know how carefully he followed directions or how carefully he applied it. The product may not be to blame. It may have been the process, but it's still disappointing. We'll wax it again and see if that makes a difference. ... show more

We have a red Pathfinder with both minor scratches and paint chips. Regular wax makes paint chips obvious when wax dries white. This colored wax removed minor scratches and helped to hide any chips or other deeper scratches well. It will not fix deeper scratches or paint chips but from 5+ feet the deeper scratches and chips are much less visible. Final wax finish was excellent. Do not buy this. Followed directions as stated on the bottles. Car was clean. Surface cool. Luckily I only tested it on one panel. The stuff would not buff off with repeated attempts. I had to wash it off with dish detergent and then apply a regular paste wax (Turtle Wax) to get the panel back to looking right. Save your money. ... show more

    • Works great covering fine scratches. Also makes deeper scratches less noticable.

Works great covering fine scratches. Also makes deeper scratches less noticable. The dark blue color is similar to my blue 2023 Subaru Forester. Completely hides fines fingernail scratches around door handles. Helps make the deeper scratches on the scuffed bumper less noticable.
