So far works as expected. Windows 11 is a lot more challenging and frankly a lot more intrusive than earlier versions. Not the machine’s fault but has to upgrade for specific software needs. I had to turn off a lot of snooping warez that came with win 11 but who knows if I caught it all. But was able to move my win 10 and other apps and files over via hard drive and everything works fine. Machine is good quality but the 2nd monitor connection is VGA so you may need an adapter. Will upgrade SSD so may update this review depending on how that goes and how it runs dual monitors with adapter. ... show more

I’ve had a few in my life time that did not power and those were purchased from a store (CompUSA) if anyone remember a them). Setup of Windows 11 was easy and painless. Good computer for business. I had to give up on my old computer since I couldn't upgrade to windows 11. I am a tax preparer and this computer works great for me. It is fast enough and has enough memory for what I have to do. I use professional tax programs, QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. THE product developed a humming sound after a few months. I contacted HP support: the rep gave me a download product that did not apply to this computer. A total and frustrating waste of time. This is now the second HP product I would return under break of warranty or just poor performance. I will try one more time for product support. The HP website is cumbersome and difficult to navagate. The service reps ask for so much identifying information that it is silly and time consuming. In the past, I have bought HP and had no problems for years. Now: NOT SO. The decline in product quality and support remains astounding. ... show more
