I bought this laptop . Overall, it didn't have any issues. It's thin and portable with good specs. It's able to play triple A games but on low quality settings. However, the laptop's temperature heats up very quickly. Overall, its a good laptop for its price.

Correct color is sandstone not rose gold. Comes in S mode which is currenrly a pain to get it out of. But it is nice and fast which is what i wanted...besides it working which it does. Value...right now everything costs to much due to inflation and high demand for processor chips so currently zip on the value other than needed so you pay what it is. The mouse is nice...i guess I don't remember the last time i used one lol. Bag...useless to me this is for my home office. But nice. Never did find the cloth it said it came with. Yes its a upgraded computer so box was opened. No it was not used. Yes the seller offering is a reseller not a HP dealer so your warranty is going to be less than a yr. Mines got 4 months on it. Not a concern to me but others have been mad in the questions and confused about things. All in all i like it. Edit. Motherboard needs replaced as of 8/26/2022 was online and suddenly black screen and my caps lock key began nlinking 5 slow lights and 3fast. I will say the back is an adventure to get off as the keyboard side is bezel set into the back which is 2 screws. Prior to this the keyboard side would occasionally pop up a bit from the back near the power cord. And wors to the wise...all these 32 RAM are upgraded meaning the HP warrenty will cover norhing as that voids the warranty. Very not happy right now. I need this for work. ... show more

This was a great purchase for a family on a budget. It checked all the boxes for what I needed it for. Memory, storage, speed it was all I needed to travel for work! Only thing I wish it had was touch screen but again it’s laptop on a budget but it’s amazing!!
