Meet the new HP 9135e all-in-one printer. This beautiful printer is feature-packed and is incredibly powerful. When looking for a printer, I need something that prints fast, is easy to use, and can be a workhorse for my business. Ink supplies need to be readily available and affordable. The 9135e exceeds my expectations in all of these categories. Here are some highlights that I found important and I needed in a printer. - Fastest color print, copy, scan, and fax; features faster scan; mobile/wireless - Professional-quality color for presentations, brochures, and flyers - Ink subscription ready - HP Wolf Security - Print Speed: Black: Up to 24 pages per minute; Color: Up to 20 pages per minute - Equipped with two 250-page input trays - Upgraded 4.3” Touchscreen control panel. One I can actually see whats going on Inky sharp display That allows on board Controller as well as Mobile app controls. The ability to print from anywhere with a data connection is Great and extremely useful for business purposes. I actually owned the last generations variation. I have found that everything feels more polished and fluid. So if you are looking to upgrade but wonder if you should? My recommendation is absolutely upgrade as you will definitely notice the difference. The build quality feels superb. It has a removable power cord. And that might seem silly to care about a power cord? But it really matters if you have ever had your cat decide to chew your cord lol. Simply replace it and you are ready to go. Bottom line is at this point I highly recommend This new printer from HP. It has all the features I need. Most importantly they work Flawlessly. It has beautiful Inky printing capabilities. Whether you want to print documents or photos. It all looks great. With many more options available. If you are in the market for a new printer? You need one that can literally be used for anything? 11/6/2023 Regarding bullet point 4. from initial review below. I was told I would receive the replacement cartridges by 11/6/23; they did not arrive. Been without a printer for over two weeks now. Contacted hp Support, they couldn't confirm that they shipped, nor have a tracking number. They grasp at any explanation you'll accept just to get you off the phone; without any true action on their part. Changed rating from two stars, down to one star. Is negative stars an option?? ************************************** Purchased this 9025e in July 2023, and hesitantly signed up for the Instant Ink subscription. Experienced a paper jam two months after receiving the all-in-one printer. The paper jam caused parts (a spring and washers) to be “thrown” inside the printer. Contacted hp Support, they said remove the thrown parts and see if it prints. It did print, hp said to proceed, no action on their part will be taken. I continued using the printer, but I was worried. Fast forward to three months after purchase, another paper jam occurred, rendering the device inoperable. Contacted hp Support, after much testing concluded the unit needed to be replaced. hp said they will ship one to me, will take three weeks to deliver. Mine is a small real estate business, where the printer is relied on and used every day. Three weeks was not acceptable, so hp offered an expedited shipping option, but it would cost me $15. I didn’t think I should have to pay that, but I did, as I need the device to run my business. Received the warranty replacement new (refurbished) 9025e all-in-one printer in two days, I was happy about that, but recalled that I had to pay to get it that fast. Went to work setting up the replacement but found that the ink cartridges I received from the hp Instant Ink subscription wouldn’t work in it. Contacted hp Support (Mumbai India). Turns out that the replacement 9025e printer should have included ink cartridges with it but did not. hp Support said they would ship the correct ink cartridges to get the unit started, then I could switch to the Instant Ink cartridges. hp gave an estimate of two weeks to receive the cartridges, AND, expedited shipping is NOT an option. So here I sit with no working printer. I am a small business owner who strives to serve our customers’ needs in a timely fashion. If we don’t, we’re out of business. hp failed me on more than one level with this 9025e device. 1. Expedited shipping of the warranty replacement printer cost me $15, otherwise would have taken nearly three weeks to receive it. 2. Failure to include the correct ink cartridges with the replacement printer. 3. The restriction of not being able to use the Instant Ink subscription cartridges in the replacement unit, out of the box. 4. Slow delivery of ink cartridges to get the replacement started (should have been provided in the replacement unit, in the first place). Expedited shipping not an option. In my estimation, hp should have replaced the printer immediately after the initial paper jam/parts throwing incident. I knew it was a matter of time before problems would develop. I’m now having to send printing jobs to a local print shop, seven miles away. Inconvenient, and takes two days to get the product. Going weeks without having a printer/copier/scanner is avoidable. hp needs to improve in supporting their customers, especially when their products and follow-up service fall short. At this point, I’m not sure about the Instant Ink subscription. I’ve had five hp all-in-one Officejet printers over the years. Some were pretty good, a couple not very good.
