The media could not be loaded. I really like this perimeter, it set up easily and thank you I have been using zhp zone since 2013 when I went to online school, I was paying $80.00 every 2 weeks for ink because chapters of books were 50 pages long so I went from paying that to less than 50.00 per month, do if you don't want your computer high jacked for non-paymenf just keep buying ink. Well back to review, great print quality, fast print no jams with large amount of printing nor jamming copying front and back. 1 star people just buy hood jam free paper. I use Hp copy and print 20. Even my old 15 year old zerox copier doesn't jam as often with this paper. All I can say is I think I got a great printer for the price. Everyone that gave it a low rate. I had none of your problems.     • Doesnt last!!
I have owned two of these printers, and both stopped printing Blue entirely after about a year. I changed the ink repeatedly, and went through the cleaning, and software updates , repeatedly , ans still no blue. I would not recommend this product fopr long term ownership or reliability

    • HP is good tech, bad support, and the so-called free ink is a lie
The printer works great, but if I had it to do over again I would never buy this deal. the Instant Ink service is ridiculous. Signing up for this so-called service is the only way you can get the allegedly free ink. This service, run by HP, charged me for printing pages on my own computer (15¢ per page!) because I printed more pages than I'd estimated when I signed up for the service. They did this even though I was using ink NOT provided by them, which they knew because they sent me an email when I loaded it, scolding me for using other ink. The whole deal was such a fiasco, I decided I didn't want Instant Ink. It was a struggle to get unenrolled. The support connection kept getting broken (my internet connection was fine and everything else in the house experienced no problems at this time). The chat and phone hours were very limited. The support people on chat didn't apparently read what I wrote at first, trying to just shovel out apparently stock answers that didn't apply to my concern at all. Because I don't blame support personnel for the faults of their employer, I kept everything polite and straightforward, but at one point one of the support providers became rudely dismissive. Though I think HP is solid tech, and I like both my computer and printer, this is not the first time I've had trouble getting support from HP. Also, I don't like the idea of HP or anyone else charging me to print on a printer that I bought and paid for, with ink that I bought and paid for. So I'd say this. If you are pretty sure you won't need to deal with support much, consider the printer, it's a good one. But get it elsewhere without the ripoff "free ink." I could have done that. Office Depot had the printer without the ink attached for less money. I should have bought it there. ... show more

This is the best home printer we've ever had. Prints quietly, fast, and so very easy to use. One word of caution. It comes with hp instant ink. We did not read through all the details. Things went awry. We purchased our own ink, we printed a ton of pages, we were only allowed ten pages per month, and we had to pay hp $128. For printing on our own printer with ink and paper we paid for. The service was cancelled two days after we signed up for it but they counted the entire thirty days. The printer is great, the instant ink service is garbage!! It is a choice. ... show more

Definitely a good deal but nothing fancy. It has been holding up well so far with our family demands of light printing for kids school work or papers I need for work. We haven’t had any issues with it so far except we can’t seem to connect it to my daughters device - I’m not that tech savvy so that’s a downside. Yet it has connected fine to our cellphones and PC....just not my daughters chrome book or iPad. If you don’t have a lot of space, it’s not so bad as we have it on a tiny desk and it fits on the flap that extends from the desk.     • Finally a Smart Printer that’s actually Smart!
Yes! Finally a printer that’s modern and works out of the box! This is my second printer I purchased within the last 30 days. My first was a canon image class LBP6230dw printer. It was a dinosaur printer that required adapters and CD to install drivers and connect to a network. It took me 3 days to realize this needs to be returned. The. I bought this officejet pro 8035. Out of the box the instructions were super easy to understand and the set up took less than 7 minutes. It’s modern and can detect your wi fi on its own!!!! Holy Smokes! The app for my phone was easy and the installation to my Mac book pro was just as easy. Basically all App controlled. Buy this printer if you want a modern, smart printer that won’t stress you out with the set up! ... show more

This printer was easy to set up, and has excellent printing abilities. Color is vibrant, with black needing to be a little bit better. I've printed all kinds of college documents, and I also use it for business on the side. It got a lower score in tech support because it needs an app and an online account with hp to operate. It was also annoying how they constantly hit me up with printer ink ads, and I feel like that's the main point of requiring the app. Besides that, the printer is great! ... show more

This printer really works well and the setup was super easy. The only problem I encountered was the HP software interfacing with the latest Mac OS. Some of the apps may not work such as Easy Scan and HP utilities. These are known problems between HP and Apple and should be resolved in time. The print quality is excellent. I would suggest signing up for the Instant Ink service. I've been using it for years and it's well worth it. The HP tech support is very good should you need it. ... show more
