  • Great Printing
It’s a really good printer. I like that it reconnects to my network automatically. There is NO screen on the unit so you MUST use the app. I have iOS and it communicates well, prints like a much more expensive printer.

  • Works great, but ink cartridges may dry up?
Always check your ink cartridges if yours stops working. I had just done that months ago, so I know, and could see, the ink levels were fine. But it stopped printing, and nothing I did could make it work. So, I bought this and used my older, but full, ink cartridges. Nope! Same thing. When I put in the cartridges that came with it, it worked too. So, who need a printer? Lol. Must supply your own ink! Heh ... show more

  • Just Another Bad Printer
This is just another bad printer on the market from these big companies. I actually bought this printer for a cheap price, because I refuse to spend too much money on these horrible printers on the market. The only times I've had good reliable printing is when I owned my own company and bought those expensive pro printer/copiers. These days we don't print as much, so it's just not worth it. Adding to my review now that I've had this printer for a few years. Again, I don't print much these days. Everything is electronic and I can even sign documents digitally, so it's really a backup for times when you deal with these companies that don't understand how to use digital documentation and signatures. I dread the days when I have to painfully rely on this printer. It never connects to the Wifi. I just spent an hour to get this thing to connect. The HP Smart app says it's connected, but when I try to print, it says printer offline. So frustrating. I don't want to spend another dime on another printer. Thanks HP for making life hell at the home office. by the way, it still costs a fortune for the ink cartridges and they run out after just printing a few pages. it's rediculous. The interface on this thing is horrible. You have to fully rely on the HP Smart app to do anything. There's no screen on the printer, just some icons for quick copying or cancelling. Sometimes the printer shows to be offline when I go to print something. It will be online on some documents, but offline on others. The only way I can resolve this is to reboot the printer. The print quality is disgusting. Everything is coming out with a pink hue. I tried cleaning the heads (although it's supposedly new). I tried aligning the heads. Still comes out trashy. So either something's wrong with the printer or the ink is bad. I have to buy new cartridges anyways, because after cleaning and aligning, it's using up all my ink. So do I buy more cartridges to find out, it's just a nasty printer? Or do I return this piece of garbage before I waste more time giving these guys another chance? See pictures I uploaded. First one is original image file. Second one was taken with my phone of the printed page. The printer industry is gone south and gone really bad. Here we are the year 2022 and I still can't find a printer I'm happy with and still wasting my money. The ink cartridge scam has been going on for decades and the printer quality is just as bad as it was in the 1990's. Which company wants to step up and get a good review for once? Which company will make ink cartridges that actually lasts 100 pages? It's a race that no one wants to win. When I think of printers, I want to vomit. ... show more

  • Excellant printer and top notch customer service
I purchased this reconditioned printer because it was a great deal for the money. When it arrived, the printer was packed well and looked brand new. Upon setting it up, I had an issue with the printer recognizing the color cartridge. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement color cartridge! The new cartridge fixed the issue and this printer is great. It's packed with features like auto-feed tray for scanning/copying and it prints double sided! This is an excellent deal for a like-new printer and the customer service I received will have me coming back again for all of my printer needs. ... show more

  • Great printer, setup was a challenge
The printer and scanner work great. Once I got the printer working and understood how to set it up, then everything went fine. The printer should come up in 'search' mode for a new connection but because this was refurbished, it didn't. Once I found the HP setup instructions online, which were not included in the package, I was able to push the reset button the back and get it into the right mode to do the setup and connect with the wifi network in my home. The scanner also is only useful when plugged into my computer directly. It doesnt seem to have a network function. There may be more for me to figure out but thats where its at after a week. ... show more

  • Not So happy with this printer
I looked at many many reviews of various printers and most said connectivity problem. I decided to ask my daughter what kind of printer did she have and she said ho envy. I bought this one cause it didn't cost a lot and if it didn't work. I wouldn't lose any sleep. But to my surprise, it connected very easily and set up was a breeze. I love it! I'll be honest though, printing is a tad bit slow but we all need to slow down these days anyways! It's a great buy! Update: I printed less than 20 pages the first day I had this.printer and the ink was out. They shipped more but I've had no ink for 4 days now so I can't use.my printer. I knew it was.too good to be true ... show more

  • Worst Printer ever owned
I have had nothing but problems with this printer. It won't print 90% of the time, constantly not showing up on the wireless network, I have to restart it a few time to show back up. Even when I plug a cord direct from my laptop into printer, it won't print all the time. I get errors. I had my computer guy come out and work on it for about 30 minutes.. He finally got it working wirelessly and with direct plug, but it started having the same problem again. Called my computer guy again and he does not understand the difficulties. He and I both tried to find answers online and by calling HP... I was able to print a resume for my daughter last week after restarting the printer 3 times. And today, I am trying to print and no luck. Now another error saying there is a file descriptor error in loading the printer. I have read a lot online that people who have a Mac which I do, have a lot of problems with HP printers.... I am going to buy a brothers, they have always been a work horse. I am done with HP ... show more
