This little computer runs pretty well. Doesn't seem to have any real lag. The little fan in it is slightly noticeable but not a problem. Windows 11 will set up a one drive account weather you like it or not. Not a fan of this but that's not a problem with the computer but the operating system. The machine was clean and in good condition. The DisplayPort to HDMI cable, mouse, keyboard a small external wifi adapter was included (The PC I received already contained a wifi card installed inside, so that extra USB wifi adapter was an unexpected bonus). Came with a beefy 120W power supply too. I decided to upgrade the the included 256 GB SSD to a 1 TB SSD, and did a fresh Windows 11 installation, it's working without issues. Great computer, very clean, almost line new, worked great, however it did not meet my needs. I wanted a mini/micro computer to use as a home server. I have a 1tb ssd hard drive that I planned on installing on this computer but the hard drive caddy, ide cable, and misc. hardware were not included with the computer. I contacted customer support and never could get them to understand what I needed. This computer uses a proprietary ide cable and hd caddy, and they wanted me to purchase generic items that simply would not work. So even though the computer would work well for most applications, it did not suit my needs, so I returned it. ... show more

Excellent, turn this into my personal Minecraft server for me and my friends to play and all the specs seem to be accurate to the description. But I believe the HDMI cable given was not functional. I had to use a VGA cable to get it working on my monitor.

    • Previously infected with virus
I purchased this and first thing I always do is run a virus scan and came back with previous virus traces, and additionally it doesn't allow me to add the computer to my virus subscription. I think these computers were all infected and they are reselling, this really should be not allowed. I got a replacement and that was also infected, so im sure that's why they are cheaper here. ... show more

Runs good but a few things.. It’s a 800g4 unit but they put a 800g3 cover on the refurb. Screw #2 on the cpu torque pattern - they fully stripped it out so this will significantly decrease the life span since you cannot verify condition or application of thermal paste nor can you reapply it (ever). For the time being the unit runs great but is already showing signs of really overheating since the heat sink is cocked a few millimeters to the left (zero torque on right side). Debating whether I send it back or not; in fear I receive something worse. Had the cpu not been stripped I probably could have given 4 stars and lived with the cover being wrong. ... show more
