This is a decent desktop for what I want to do. The description doesnt match the product. It says excellent condition, it doesnt appear to be. It has dents scuff marks and so on., NOT NVMe M.2 SSD . I would even say the product packaging and inspection leaves much to be desired and is NOT a delight.,, but if you can over look all that, it is a good desktop. 1. Does not come with a m.2 ssd. This is false advertising. 2. RAM was unseated and wouldn’t boot up until I fixed it myself. 3. Somebody seemingly messed with the CPU cooler because it is loose and won’t go back in. This results in the computer getting very hot during simple installations. I thought this was a great deal but it is not, spend a little more and get something better. ... show more

Description and pictures state that it comes with an M.2 SSD. My computer came with a Micron brand SATA SSD. There is no place on the motherboard to mount any M.2 SSD. The keyboard is very, very old, to where the letters on the keys are yellowed, and the mouse is about the same condition. Everything seems to work, so far. The condition says excellent, but with a rubber foot missing from the bottom, and the appearance of the exterior, I would say more of a moderate condition. The inside is clean, though, and the fans are clean. They may have replaced the CPU cooler, as there was heat sink compound on the RAM memory. The power consumption is amazingly low. Sitting at idle, with multiple browser tabs open, and a spreadsheet open, the power consumption is 6.3 Watts. Playing a YouTube video uses 12W, installing Windows updates uses 40W. If the computer is completely powered down, it uses 0.6W. ... show more

I bought mine through Techreferb to avoid some of the issues the other reviews have mentioned and they did not disappoint. Arrived in great condition and ready to go. I did have issues installing a new nvme but Techreferb customer service was very responsive and helpful.
