I figure I should write a review for this product after realizing I never did when I first got this computer almost a year ago. Like any buyer, it is the luck of the draw when it comes to cheap computers from Amazon BUT I have to say this desktop is awesome. I have had it for a year almost and I bought this for my son. Its a bit slow at times due to use for a year now but it's still going and despite all normal issues like viruses and so forth its given us no major problems at all! I just recieved my computer today. Although the box was noted partly opened, all the contents were intact and assembly and startup were a cinch! I received a Dell monitor with my HP, but it works great so far. New keyboard and mouse! Great value for the bucks!

I waited a while before writing review. Everything works great. Does not come wifi capable, and those little USB receivers do not seem to work very well. I connected to internet with wired connection, and get good service. Overall, very happy with purchase. I bought 4 of these to homeschool my children. They were affordable and are supposed to do everything I need. As I opened each box I found things broken and immediately called the company to have this issue resolved. They were quick to respond and ship replacement parts. They did not send the same brand of items though. I purchased an HP system and was replaced with DELL. The replacement mouse is also different but it works... the only reason I care is cause I purchased 4 of the same item and would like it to be uniform throughout the classroom so I don't have fighting among children. So far I've been sent a broken screen and broken mouse. Both replaced. Now less than a week into using them in experiencing issues connecting to wifi and another screen is beginning to fade. I'm not impressed and will be asking for a replacement on it as well. I'm not sure why it won't stay connected to wifi. Additionally the system keeps randomly shutting down due to "error" and has to restart. ... show more

    • Luck of the draw
The price for this bundle is great, unfortunately I had to request a refund/exchange due to a couple of defective pieces. I did receive all pieces: monitor, keyboard, mouse, wireless adapter, PC and cable cords. However, during setup, I found one power cord to be defective and the PC video card also appears to be defective. The PC started up with a green hue on the monitor. I troubleshot using a known working monitor and still same problem. I switched out the VGA cord with a working cord and still same problem. I even switched out with a working PC and confirmed that the monitor received was in good working condition. Minus 1 star for value for money since I feel the defective PC may have been damaged during shipment since supposedly these Amazon Renewed items are tested prior to shipping. I did minus 2 stars overall for the inconvenience and for having 2 defective issues. ... show more

Love the computer it fast easy setup. Wifi compatible it came with a nice monitor, keyboard and mouse I recommend it well worth the money.

This PC was delivered ahead of schedule, much to my surprise. I unboxed it and was pleased to find it all secured so well. Around the time of year I ordered it, delivery drivers can be overwhelmed so they may not be as sensitive to fragile equipment so I was especially happy for the care taken in shipping. The mouse arrived cracked and broken. The monitor has several scratches on it. They included a cheap keyboard and mouse, the keyboard only work in certain USB port in the CPU. Smh. Very disappointed. There was no disclosure that this desktop computer was pre owned. Its definitely not new and not an HP! False advertising!!! ... show more
