This is a renewed HP desktop computer with monitor, a new keyboard, mouse and a usb wifi adapter. All cables were included. The first computer developed a hard drive failure after about a week use. After returning the tower component, Blair Tech send me a second unit but that one had a high squeal whenever I used the audio for music or videos. The third shipment was the charm and since receiving it have experienced no problems to date. You may ask why would I accept a third unit after experiencing problems with the first two? Simply because I like the desktop format which incidentally had no blemishes or scratches and the clarity of the images on the monitor. Also, you can't beat the price. I use his computer for general internet browsing, music listening and light office work. The computer loads quickly at startup and the wifi works flawlessly. Videos play with great clarity. This is where I must compliment Blair for their excellent customer service. Each time I called, they were quick to respond to my problem and in a courteous and efficient manner. I received the replacements within a matter of a few days. They were difficult to reach by direct phone but they allow you to leave your number and they return your call when an agent becomes available. Would I buy from Blair Tech in the future? I purchased in February 2020 and has constantly used this computer ever since with no problems. The wifi adapter that comes in the package must be inserted to achieve the wifi connection which is very simple. I have even connected 2 printers and a cricut machine to this PC and still it works great. I design tshirts and other customized items on a regular basis. I am writing this review because Windows have recently launched Windows 11 and I'm currently not able to upgrade using this system but I plan to. I am trying to find out if this PC has TPM chip apparently you needs this for the recent update. However, Windows 10 will be supported until the year 2025. Again wonderful product, however, it is refurbished which means your experience and what each individual customer receive will not always be the same or even as the picture shown. I wanted a new desktop to replace an old, burnt out Desktop Clone with Windows XP I've had since 2003. Yes, it still worked until last year. I didn't want to spend a great deal of money, especially with Windows 10, ad OS I strongly dislike. This package was very appealing: what it contained and the price. I've only had it a couple of days, but so far, so good. Everything in it works as should. Everything arrived as described and promptly. Packaged was well packaged, though, why it isn't marked fragile, I don't know. No assembly instructions were included, but it was very easy to install. I don't know about the quality of keyboard and mouse because I'm using my older one. Very easy to connect to WiFI. No issues have arisen yet. I hope this one lasts half as long as its predecessor. It's fast, too, though I don't know about gaming. It comes pre-installed with licensed Windows 10 Pro, which in comparison only has one feature not in Windows 10 home, so not worth much at all. I did some research online about this model. It's from 2011 and went for $1599.00 at that time with an overall score of 4.25 out of 5 stars in satisfaction. Of course, with full refurbishment here, it has been built up and upgraded. The package comes with a major brand monitor, but you don't know which one until you receive it. Waste of time and a money. Buyer beware. Just because something is preowned or “refurbished,” it shouldn’t be trash. I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas. Upon opening the computer for set up on the 25th of December, we noticed the font of the screen was scratched (picture attached). Once plugged in and turned on, we noticed the whole screen was/appeared shattered all across it (pictures with swirl white background attached). Obviously it was unusable and not up to bar with the advertisement. And talk about a crappy “gift” to give someone (he’s 11 hence the purchase of a refurbished computer but still, I didn’t know it would be trash). When contacting seller, they did apologize and they did send a “replacement” once we confirmed to them that we had sent back the broken screen and it’s corresponding cord. When we received the “replacement” it was honestly worse than the initial shattered one (picture attached). It was NOT the 19’ inches as advertised - it was 17’ - and yes, I measured diagonally as you do with all electronic screens, tv’s, etc. The replacement monitor was a joke and looked like it was from the 1990’s. After messaging with the seller, I decided to just return it - not worth the hassle - and of course they kept a restocking fee of about $40 bucks, which to me is theft. I didn’t return it because I simply changed my mind. They sent a broken one first, then sent an item not as advertised the second time, which is why I returned it. I will be contacting Amazon directly regarding this as I believe this was theft and false advertisement. So as nice as all these other reviews are on here, beware that you do in fact get what you pay for. It’s cheap sure, but so are their products. Cheap, defective, and broken. And, they still make money. Buy new, save yourself the grief of having to purchase, return, and lose money on junk. ... show more

Honestly for the price this is a very great deal the monitor was practically brand new the tower was new yes the keyboard and mouse are very very cheap but I'm not complaining they work fine the computer it's self is fast and it's like I just bought it from Best buy shipping was extremely fast got it 5 days sooner the Amazon told me I would comes with a magnet with tech support info hopefully I don't need to use it everything was great worth the money!!! ... show more

Nice computer for price. Unfortunately won’t connect printer or speakers. Thought it could accept disc as it showed but being refurbished they didn’t remake that portion so it’s an empty port
