Received printer, good condition. Did not set up for a couple of weeks. When I did , the printing did not function properly. a Color print came thru with just a few dots of color on the sheet. A B/W copy came thru blank. Tried several different sheets. Took out each ink cartridge, and cleaned them and re-installed. The color one functioned okay after this. the black cartridge still did not perform. Re-cleaned it and did the water soak suggestion as well. Still no performance. Ordered a new 67 black cartridge. Arrived, I istalled and it printed. SO MY CONCLUSION IS THAT A DRIED UP 67 CARTRIDGE WAS SEALED AND SHIPPED WITH THE MACHINE. I HAD MADE A COMMENT BACK TO AMAZON ON THE NOTICE OF ITEM HAVING BEEN DELIVERED AND WAS IT OKAY? . BUT NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK. I DO NOT FEEL I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO ORDER OR PAY FOR A "NEW 67 BLACK CARTRIDGE" TO REPLACE WHAT WAS SHIPPED ... show more

I have had so many issues with a printer. The first few months I had it. It worked great. I am an S1 in the Ms State Guard. So therefore I do a lot of printing and scanning. First off from the being I was not able to get my computer to connect to it, and I have an HP computer. I had to connect to my phone first in the app. Then log into the app on my computer. It is not user friendly. If you ain't tech savvy, I don't recommend this printer. Know every time I go to use the printer I have to stay the reconnecting process. Which is time consuming, every single time. I have the completely delete the profile on the app and start over. I don't have time for that when I need to print something off. ... show more

It was refurbished which came without a owner's manual. Was not able to establish Wi-Fi right away. Was having troubles getting my information considering wasn't able to print a copy of the internet. But through trial and error and a day and a half. I was able to install the ink figure out where the paper went and get it on line. Being in senior I don't do well without a manual. ... show more

Had a little difficulty getting it connected wirelessly. Once I got past that hurdle I learned several things. It uses toner fast. And I mean fast. Had to replace both color and black within 1st week. I bought it refurbished so maybe that was why because I'm still on the replacement cartridges after 2 and a half weeks. Some of my dislikes: 1) Does not print double sided. 2) Cannot preview photos prior to printing so they're always off center, and there is always a white border of varying degrees even when selecting fill page. Using my Samsung phone to print, perhaps that is the reason. 3) Photo quality is very disappointing. Select best quality and they don't come close to comparing to photos from CVS. Maybe I chose poor quality photo paper, I'll purchase some more expensive paper and see if the quality improves. On the bright side the fax and copy features were a breeze to set up and use. Also, I have not a single problem with a paper jam or any other mechanical issue. For what I paid, $60, I'm satisfied and would buy it again. It does what I need it to, but it sure would be nice if it printed good pictures as well as it performs other functions. ... show more

Overall it does what I want, but in the first day of use I discovered two issues. The first one really ticked me off. That is that the printer cartridges supplied with the printer straight out of the box only contain a bare minimal amount of ink and half way through a printing job the black cartridge ran out of ink. I did about 30 pages and then a page or two of low ink print quality and then nothing. The second issue that I did not realize while reading the product description is that if you have a double-sided page, it is cumbersome to print both sides as a double-sided copy. You have to print one side first, then take that copy and reverse it properly in the paper feeded and then reverse the original in the copy feeder tray and then print it and hope that you get it all correct. That takes awhile to figure out how to line every thing up properly. Haven't used the fax, scan, wi-fi or blue tooth features yet. ... show more
