Sure can't see any indication in the description that this was a refurbished printer. (But) We had problems with the color printing. I called HP support and found in looking for the serial number that the printer label already had a name on it, that name was registered with HP as the owner and showed on the label as "admin". Per the support person, the printer had been refurbished? Can't say for sure. As it turned out, the color cartridge was defective. I sent them my invoice to prove that I'd just purchased the printer so they will replace the cartridge (we "should" get it in a couple weeks...oye) but then he said that when the color cartridge is replaced the black one "might not work", so he wanted me to buy one. Really? I'll see what happens when I replace the cartridge. Thankfully we don't need to do much color printing. :-( ... show more

Tried several times to add to my wireless network, but no luck, so I connected it usb directly to my laptop. Printer does not even have a cat5 port so I can connect directly to my router! Very poorly designed and no tech support!🤬

This was the hands down worst printer I've ever purchased. NEVER able to print anything except test pages and now I'm done with HP. Crappiest App, mega complicated, least reliable and absolutely NO support accept the so-called App.
