My HP all-in-one works great!

I had an ASUS laptop for several years which recently had been performing very slowly. I needed a much higher processing speed and a much larger screen and the near 24" HP screen and fast processer do the trick! I can highly recommend this with one heads-up: I bought it in August but its 12-month warranty expires in February. An HP rep told me that when they ship their electronics to Amazon they don't know how long the products will sit in Amazon's stock until they are sold, thus the warranties' expiration time periods will lessen. Be sure to check your warranty time and if need be call HP (they'll request you send them a copy of the Amazon bill of sale) or go online to HP.com and submit a request to update the warranty to 12 months from the time you bought it. Why they haven't come up with a way to correct this problem I don't know.

Easy setup - compact design - superb performance!

The PC arrived in a single small box. It was extremely easy to set up - every part popped right out of the packaging. The PC/monitor combination is a compact and attractive design. Starting up the PC was effortless, and it quickly and automatically grabbed my apps and data from my previous PC. The overall performance is just superb!

it keeps blinking on and off, tried contacting company with no response in the beginning, then when they did said 10 days had passed, nothing since then. Have tried a few more times and nothing. Very poor customer service. And I have a blinking computer. Getting worse, can't listen to music while doing other thing. Worse computer I have ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER!! now having to take to get fixed

Works well most of the time. I had it for about 2 months and noticed that sometimes the screen flickers and goes black for a second then comes back up. Also, I don't know if it is a problem with all HP computers because I have the same issue with my laptop, but the toolbar freezes up when working for a longer period of time. I have to start the task manager and it unlocks it. Otherwise, I really like the size of the screen and the speed.

This HP All-in-one desktop personal computer is a good computer. At a cost of about $423.00 it was a good deal, doing the same thing as much more expensive desktop computers. It was easy to set up in my apartment in Pennsylvania. If you are looking to upgrade to a Windows 11 operating system computer, this is a good choice. Thank you, David P. Just had it going for a few weeks. It very fast. Easy to use. I’m very impressed so far. None of the newer desktop have a cd/dvd player. I added one and it worked instantly after plugging into one of the usb port. Picture and color are amazing. Love it so far.
