This computer has not worked properly from day one. "Customer support" from the seller is non-existent. I purchased this as a workstation computer for a business that I have been working day and night to get up and running. Unfortunately by the time I was able to get the computer unboxed and installed the return window was fast closing. By the time I got it up and running . . . and had realized that it was perhaps the slowest computer I've owned since the 1990s . . . the return window had closed by a day. Of course there has been ZERO response from the manufacturer. The computer is extremely slow to load web pages and even slower to load images. This makes it nearly impossible to use for my online selling business. I cannot recommend this computer or the seller. A well deserved ONE STAR review. ... show more

Delivered as promised. Looks and functions exactly as described. I like the all-in-one feature, which includes both a built-in camera and microphone. It is so much faster than the eight-year-old desktop it replaces. I'm not sure exactly how but it has automatically linked with my old desktop and my laptop to carry forward settings, favorites, and downloaded and created files. Very helpful, I thought I was going to have to figure that out for myself. The included keyboard and mouse work great. There were some additional accessories included with the shipment, I will have my son explain their use to me the next time he is here! Well the $2000 to $600 price drop is the biggest incentive to this item (or maybe it’s actually a warning), because its performance does not feel powered by 32 gigs of ram. You can use it for basic needs such as browsing the web, i am going to use it for online schooling. You wont be able to game with it. I will say this though, it is very compact being that their isn’t a tower and not nearly as much wire clutter. So it has its benefits to be outweighed against its deficits. I just purchased this HP all-in-one desktop computer and had it installed. I am happy with it, but have a question for the manufacturer or other purchasers. I was very impressed with the way all of the items were packaged. There were separate customized trays for safe shipping in the box - but there is a small part that I cannot figure out where it goes. It is a white plastic "U" shaped small part that even had a customized molded spot for it in the shipping trays (the whole computer and keyboard is white), but there are no instructions nor pictures as to where it goes. Anyone know what this little part is for and where it goes on the computer??? ... show more
