I’ve owned my share of chorus pedals. This one is simple and easy to use. But the clincher is that it sounds great—nice, deep, lush chorus if and when you want it. My only gripe with this pedal is that it’s so big, taking up a big space on my pedalboard (hence 4 stars). This pedal structurly is a tank, very solid construction. All metal, seems like it could hold up for awhile. It sounds pretty good for the price, my problem is the popping sound it makes when turning it on and off. And the switch to activate the effect has to be pushed, and then released, where as most pedals activate immediately upon pushing it. Those are my only two complaints about it, other than that it seems decent for using at home or jamming with friends, but I probably won't take it with me to a gig. ... show more

This does not have 20 different ways to ring a bell. How many ways do you want a bell ringing sound to sound? Well, spend $150 or more to find out. Look, I have a bazzillion BOSS PEDALS I love, but I don't buy the effects stuff like Chorus or Reverb in Boss. The prices are for all the whatnot those boxes come with. This TC series is as killer road quality as any BOSS box, guaranteed! I also bought the Reverb and Echo ones after just last week! Trust me, this won't hurt a bit... ... show more

Another reviewer posted that it lacked this, but that's inaccurate. I've owned the Ibanez Stereo chorus pedal for decades with heavy use. That unit died last year and I chose this one, since these days, I'm going mono. So far this unit has been great for the $$$ spent. I will say it goes through a 9v battery pretty quickly, imo, about 12 actual hours of gig time, constantly plugged in. ... show more
