Description states this had lighted key board, and it did not, reason for 4 stars, it is silver and letters are hard to see. I was contacted by seller and was given a couple of solutions which was nice. Computer is very fast! Also DVD drive is nice ( Hard to find accessories ). SSD is the way to go if you don’t need lots of HD space. ... show more

I would advise not to purchase this lap top. Less then a couple months after getting it, the hinge broke. I couldn't use the extended warrantee I purchased because the company didn't get paid enough by Hp to do it. So, I had to mail it off. The process was easy and I got it back pretty quickly but now my disc drive has broken. I've never even used it. Put in a disc to transfer some things from my old laptop and couldn't get it to open to take the disc out. When it finally came open a small plastic piece fell out and now the drawer is broken. So, I'm guessing I'll have to mail it off again. I need this lap top daily for work. I'm pissed. ... show more
