Keep in mind it's not a gaming laptop; there's low storage space & RAM/memory, so although it's not laggy, don't expect all programs to run at lightning speed. Works well for writing, video calls, watching movies, & browsing the internet.

I don't use the computer for a lot because it can lag a little bit, but overall for the price I can't complain too much. The touch screen absolutely blows me away. It wasn't a feature I was super interested in but it works well without lagging or being too sensitive. My only gripe is that it doesn't fold down all the way. I knew that buying it though.

We ordered this computer and when it was delivered, the battery was unable to charge. I contacted the seller and literally within the hour I heard back from them. This never happens. They gave us a few options and one was we could order a new battery and they would refund us the cost of the battery. So this is what we did and within a day of ordering the new battery the money was refunded back to us. The computer is working wonderfully and we couldn't be happier. Customer service alone was 5 stars!!!

Just looking at it...I ❤️ the color and it's light weight. Once I turned it on catana started speaking and walked me through setting it up. I was a little reluctant to purchase one as used/refurbished but there is nothing used at all about this laptop. I love having a touchscreen on this, it's awesome. Best money I've EVER spent!

Worked okay for 15-days

I bought this 15-days ago. It worked fine for the first 14-days. I bought it just to browse the web and run a Pico Oscilloscope, it did both very well. On the fifteen day I started the computer and Nord VPN, which starts automatically, wouldn't start. Instead, I got "Runtime error 5:252". I looked on line for a solution and found that I should reload Nord VPN, but first I chatted with Nord; they couldn't help me and suggested I remove the APP and re-install. I did, I removed the Nord APP, but on trying to re-install I got the same Runtime Error 5:252. Then I tried to start my Oscilloscope APP and it wouldn't start, and I got the same Runtime Error 5:252. So I looked to see if my windows was up to date, it is. Looking online again, it was suggested to reload Windows itself; I did. I then tried to reload Nord and got the same Runtime Error. So, it's likely the computer itself. I know this is a cheap computer, but I wasn't expecting much, and it did everything I wanted it to do, except keep running for more then 14-days. I'm tired of MS computers, they're always broken, and I spend too much time fixing and reinstalling drivers and software, etc... I swore I never would, but I'm looking to buy an Apple now.
