I bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. In May it started making noise and by July the thing was freezing up or catching and throwing her forward. I contacted Amazon who in turn contacted the seller. Seller replied it is out of our 99 day warranty so unless you purchased extra warranty you are on your own. So, my take is that something like this should be good enough quality to at least last a year. Since they only want to warrant your three months they must know they are building junk and don't intend for it to last longer than that. Built in obselescence. It's wifi compatible and has speakers to play music which is awesome. The value was worth it as well. The wheels are made of rubber so it can ride on multiple types of terrains. This was bought for my seven year old for christmas, and he absolutely loves it. The brightness of the hoverboard is amazing. The bluetooth is decent and so far the battery life lasts a while. It is a super heavy hoverboard, so not easy for kids to pick up, but the build quality is good and it is easy of writing, but it is quick.My smaller kids tend to fall on it a lot. I bought 3 for my kids. 1 of the batteries wont charge so I'm returning it for a replacement one. UPS will pick up the return one from my work so it's not overly inconvenient (other than the 4 year old crying initially, but we got it resolved) the other two seem ok so far. They love them and said they are easy to use. Some wires are just glued to the inside of the frame above the tires on one so not sure what's going on there. The bluetooth speakers do work. Easy to connect, but dont expect amazing quality. Still a cool feature. Overall I gave it 3 stars because the quality isn't great, but they do work (mostly).
