I would give it zero stars if I could. I ordered it for my son's birthday and unfortunately didn't try it until after he opened it. It will charge and turn on while charging, but as soon as the charger is unplugged it will not turn on. No light indication at all on the hoverboard. I tried resetting it per the instructions that came with it but that changed nothing. I tried the troubleshooting suggestions linked to the product but they advised what to do on the standing scooter with the handles. It also advised to make sure the kill switch is toggled correctly, but it doesn't have a kill switch. 10/10 would NOT recommend... don't waste your time, money and energy with this 💩. ... show more

This is a great looking and great performing hoverboard that was very easy for my daughter (a first-time hoverboard user) to learn to use. She enjoys the great color, and also loves the ability to stream music to it via bluetooth from her phone. Overall, she's very happy and this thing is pretty sturdy and holds up very nicely for her! She also really loves the lights/colors, and the light-up wheels, which look great as she coasts up and down in the dark at night. That also makes it a very nice safety feature for her when doing any nighttime hoverboarding! ... show more

    • This toy was a flop disappointed
I have ordered this twice and both times it didn’t charge. Very disappointing. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my granddaughter. We tried everything to make this toy work. Nothing worked on it but made a beeping noise. Followed all directions. Will not order again. And I don’t think I should have been charged at all for either toy. I’m so sad for my granddaughter. I’m a Amazon customer that orders quite a bit of other supplies but I don’t think I will order toys on here again.!!! ... show more
