    • Incredible laptop in mint condition and runs like the great machine it is
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD Storage Style: 7-core GPU
Just to begin with a small detail, I am writing this review on this same laptop! The battery life is great and extremely durable, I have put this laptop through plenty and it stands stronger than many Windows laptops I've owned. The condition is mint without any scratches or bumps on it. It can get slightly hot when charging and using at the same time or when running a vast amount of programs at the same time but that's every laptop. Keyboard is clean and unique but a little difficult to get used to personally since I have always used Windows laptops but do enjoy the Mac's Keyboard much more. The value is good and can seem expensive but for this machine I would say it's worth it. ... show more

    • Highly Recommended! Looks and Performs Like New!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! Looks and Performs Like New! I did a lot of research before purchasing this refurbished 2020 MacBook Air, and I’m so glad I chose Certified Seller Company. They truly deserve their reputation as a #1 Best Seller. When I opened the package, I was genuinely amazed. The laptop looks and feels like it’s brand new. The exterior is spotless, the setup was smooth, and every detail reflects a professional refurbishment. If I hadn’t known it was renewed, I would have thought it was brand new. Performance has been excellent. It’s incredibly fast, responsive, and even performs better than the MacBook Air I used in graduate school, despite having the same specifications. The sound quality is crystal clear, the keyboard feels great, and everything works perfectly. What made this purchase even more meaningful is that I finally used all the Amazon gift cards my relatives had given me over the years—some dating back to 2020! 😂 I combined them all, and not a single dollar went to waste. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I would absolutely buy from this seller again and highly recommend both the seller and this refurbished MacBook Air to anyone looking for excellent quality at a great value. Great job, Amazon, and thank you, Certified Seller Company! ... show more

    • Like New MacBook Air
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD Storage Style: 7-core GPU
Recieved the Laptop faster than anticipated, the laptop looks and works as if it were brand new which is amazing. The only knit pick I had was wish it came with the original macbook charger. The charger recieved was a different brand but with money saved for laptop I will purchase an original macbook charger. Other than that no complaints with this seller. Will definitely be back for more products. ... show more

    • Worked great until it didn't
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD Storage Style: 7-core GPU
The computer seemed great when it first arrived, but the battery completely died after 2 months of light use and the seller would not provide a replacement computer or battery or repair the defective battery they included with the device. Buyer beware.

    • Fair price and product
Color: Space Gray Capacity: 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD Storage Style: 7-core GPU
I ordered a MacBook Air and got a MacBook Pro so W I guess? Overall the condition is like a 8.5/10 there’s is a small crack on my screen but it’s towards the bottom and you can barely notice it. Everything seems to work as expected and it runs smooth. For the price and the fact that the M1 chip is still solid for today’s standards, I’d say the price is fair. Mine came with a case and a charger. ... show more

    • Not as expected
Color: Silver Capacity: 16GB RAM / 512GB SSD Storage Style: 7-core GPU
I bought this for my wife. We both knew this was a refurbish through Amazon renewal, but the description said it would be free of cosmetic defects, and when we opened the box it had several marks on it, as well as an old and still dirty charger (it wasn't even cleaned with an alcohol wipe or anything that could have made it look more presentable.) It also ran slowly at start up, and had significant lag time when you press a button and then when it actually responds. Overall, it looks as if someone said "this is still in "good" shape so skip the refurbish" and then just resold as-is. The charger is the major tell-tale sign of that, as it would have been simple to replace or at least clean it. I tried to convince her to keep it, because I dont think the cosmetic issues are worth paying full price for a brand new one, but she showed me the lag time and I agree that defeats the purpose of getting it in the first place. So far customer service has been great. They instantly refunded our protection plan and we're going through the return process now. Amazon approved the return with no hassel. We'll probably buy again, but new this time. ... show more
