Okay, only first day but basically really happy, will try to come back if there are problems! Rides nice, plenty of power and seems to go faster than I need to. Really seems well made, sturdy, brake and rolls nice, pedals easily even without power. Small thing and I am color deficient -maybe just me but telling red light (need continuing charge) and green (fully charged) on the charger a bit hard. The tire pressue is in the fine print specs in manual as 40 PSI, but is not on the tires themselves. Assembly was very easy less than 45 minutes -one thing just a bit weird there is a bolt with two nuts that is in front tire when unpacking, I thought was the front axle -didn't match the assembly manual -but I assembled with it. On further exam in the parts/tool kit was the real axle that matched the manual -I've included a picture of the one that comes with the front tire but guess is just for packing, remove and use the one in parts/tool kit. That axle does require just a little tap (I used screwdriver handle) to go through the wheel. The tool kit quite good other than a cutter of some kind you and maybe a small hammer (for the front axle) you should not need any additional tools. Several days later, just took on camping trip, and still very happy... Rode about 10 miles over 2 days, battery still plenty of power. Everything worked like it should, really easy to pedal. One sort of small thing, the battery charger does seem to get very hot, not so hot you can't touch or hold, but borderline.

I use a bike to get around in a flat, urban environment, and use it generally for commuting and errands, not sport. I wanted to try an entry level ebike, which is why I bought this. tl;dr it's a good starter ebike to see if you might want to upgrade, and it isn't too expensive if you decide otherwise. Pros: - It has a good speed on it. I don't need to go much faster than like 10-15 mph. It's fun to ride. - It comes with nice accessories. The basket is nice, and even the rear view mirror is helpful. I was able to start using it from day 1. - The price is not bad. I got it on sale for $300 in 2025. I wouldn't pay much more than that. It's a good price imo if you want to test out an ebike without breaking the bank. Cons: - Build a little cheap. Assembly was more complicated than I anticipated, with some screws unable to fit easily. - The range seems much lower than advertised. It says 15 miles on full throttle, but the LED indicator shows the battery draining quicker than that. I've never taken it out for more than 10 miles at a time due to range anxiety. The pedal assist is pretty slow also - It's heavy. Not a big issue when riding, but it's impractical to carry it up flights of stairs. Folding it is more involved than I expected, so it is not as easy to take this thing on a train or bus. I might upgrade to either a lighter ebike or a bike with a longer range. But I'm generally satisfied with this one so far.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the bike. It feels like a well-designed folding e-bike for short commutes and casual rides. One thing I really appreciate is the 16-inch wheel size. A lot of compact folding e-bikes use 14-inch wheels, and I personally prefer the 16-inch setup. It feels noticeably more stable and comfortable when riding, especially on slightly rough pavement or longer rides. It still stays compact enough to fold and store easily, but the ride quality is better than the smaller wheel versions. The pedal assist works smoothly, and the motor provides enough help to make hills and longer rides easier without feeling too aggressive. The folding basket is very helpful too.

This bike is great. However, the shipping process is painful. Amazon was horrible at tracking the shipment every step of the way. I ordered two from Amazon. The first one had shipping issues and I thought it was just a one time issue. Amazon showed both packages as having left the facility after two days. When UPS NEVER HAD POSSESSION OF THE ITEM. after many painful calls to Amazon, CS rep offered me a $25 credit for my troubles and shipping delays. One representative said he personally spoke with the factory and that they would create a new shipping label and take the bike directly to UPS Sunday night and it would be guaranteed delivery before 10am Tuesday morning. This did not happen. I called back Tuesday when shipment didn’t arrive and UPS still had not received the item. I called back later in the week when bike had not arrived and was told I would be sent a new bike free of charge. This also did not happen. The new bike showed that it was in transit (never made it to UPS) then cancelled and refunded. Amazon still can’t explain why all of this happened. Amazon needs to be responsible for shipping process. This is why PRIME exists. We pay for a membership that has shipping responsibilities. Amazon failed miserably. Not once but twice. The bike 4 stars. It’s a good price for a quality bike. I read all the reviews for hours. It is heavy. About 60 lbs. the keys work. They send extra set for backup. The battery is removable so if you need this bike for work you can pack an extra battery. It takes about 2-3 hours to charge. It doesn’t have a speedometer. I was not sure of the speed and ordered a speedometer. It goes 14.9mph. I weigh 120lbs and battery lasts about 4-5 hours on gradual hills and slopes. It comes with a collapsible front basket and a hard metal basket for the back. It came with a phone holder for the handlebar. It has a shock absorber in the front and the seat also has a good shock absorber. I would like a bigger seat but this one works for now. The seat will not stay up. This was listed as a problem in other reviews. It sinks and moves around no matter how tight you get the clamp. It was easy to assemble and took about 30 min. Folding is easy but picking it up and moving is a challenge. I love this bike and would recommend. Amazon needs to get their shipping details together. These bikes were the most unpleasant order I have ever placed in Amazon history.

I’ve owned several Electric bikes in the past, this one stands out because the way it folds and fits is much smaller compare to other ebikes in couple ways. This is the first one that I can comfortably fit in my trunk without much struggle. It has a hinge mechanism in the mid frame area, so when you fold , it folds itself in half, effectively reduce it’s length in half. The handle bar and seat post also can be lowered. One thing that stands out is the foot pedals also can be folded, this greatly reduce the width of the bike so it can further reduce the space needed in the trunk. Another feature I like is the ability to pull out the battery to charge. So you don’t have to drag the entire bike to the outlet to plug, simply fold up the seat, and take out the battery. Then plug the battery in the home. This will allow the battery to be replaced in the future when the battery dies. The distance this bike can cover is also really good. So far we can take it for several rides outside without needing to recharge the battery. The vendor is also very responsive, I had an issue putting together the bike the support is very quick to provide an answer. Overall we love the bike very much.

Product was as advertised, but a part shorted out after six months. Customer service at manufacturer was awesome. Prompt response. We are working on the issue now. The quality was good other than the part that shorted out. The max speed was lower than advertised, but it was a good quality, sturdy bike. It did run well before the issue, but the battery ran down a lot faster than advertised.

One of my best friends shared with me an online ecological footprint calculator. Surprisingly, based on the calculation, if everyone is living in the way currently I am, at least 8 planets will be needed. Then I started to think if it is possible first to halve it. I recognized that from time to time, I drive about 10 minutes to a local grocery store one mile away, most time for teeny tiny items such as a few avocados or a bottle of milk. Hence, I decided to take a small step, to get an e-bike for this kind of purpose instead of driving my car. The e-bike is really really heavy. I have to call other people in the house to help me move the box in and take it out of the box. The assembly is comparatively easy. All tools required are included. It took about ten minutes to put it all together, while we spent about equal time reading the manual. Then I tried to ride it. The light flashed once then gone. No response! I get back to the manual and read it again. Then locked the battery. Now it worked! It is more powerful than I expected. I drove around the community for a few circles. It is fun! A few suggestions for improving the e-bike, first, there are two sets of keys, 2 for the lock of the battery and 3 for the bike itself. So one needs to carry at least two keys whenever one drives the bike. It will be more convenient to use the same lock for both to reduce the number of keys to one only. Or even to make it more advanced to unlock the bike and battery with a cellular app. Second, it will be great to have a detachable passage seat on the back. The basket provided is quite useful and helpful. The seat can be sold separately. But if the bike is designed with the capacity to carry a passenger it will be greatly helpful, for example, to pick up a kid from school, which is always very very congested for cars.

Almost two weeks in and I have yet to ride the bike due to what seems to be a defective frame. The company graciously sent me a replacement kickstand due to issues with the original kickstand, but that didn’t resolve the problem. The problem I’m having is standing the bike up with the kickstand fully engaged. The bike will fall to the right if I let go of it while the kickstand is in the correct position. If I angle the kickstand, the angle has to be very precise, the bike will stand up for a few seconds before falling over. Now I’m thinking the frame may be defective because the new kickstand is doing the same as the original. For $500+ I expected a better product.
