The blue scooter went up to 1400 miles before it broke down. Warranty was in place and the company replaced it with an orange one!!! Awesome!!! I like the scooter. Good height, good speed 20 mph. Ride feels smooth to me even with solid state tires. The suspension definitely helps. The battery last pretty long for me. Brakes was good but towards it didn't brakes as well as it did before but still decent. The warranty doesn't reset but I'm happy with this scooter. Great value! You can use the app to lock the scooter or set on cruise mode but clicking the power button 2,3,4,5 time changes the settings anyways. Functionality is great! I really love this scooter. It built well and i have not had any issues with it so far. It runs great and is plenty fast. it handles 20 mph with me. I am 155 lbs. i do have a few hills i ride thru as i use it to commute to park and back. about 1.5 miles each way. i can usually go 4 trips to park and back before charging. i havent actually let it go really low on battery so i am estimating on battery life . I also run it on sport mode(highest speed all time), so i may have little less battery life than if i used regular or eco modes. I feel it was a really priced well and definitely i would recommend this one. ... show more

Wish I would have payed more attention to the reviews. None the less, I am happy with this scooter. 20 miles an hour top speed is enough for me. Not happy the charge doesn't last but an hour or so. The torque is crazy! That go button is super sensitive. To be honest, this scooter is perfect for me.

This is a good first scooter. Just need to adjust the brakes every few weeks ( like a bicycle ). I have 789 miles on this scooter, I think the solid tires will last for 1,200 miles or more. Just watch some youtube videos on changing solid tires & adjusting mechanical brakes & basic scooter maintenance. My next scooter will be a dual motor 50 mph scooter. Nice scooter aesthetically. With some cool curves and edges and a color scheme that is simple on the eyes . Some really annoying issues though. The bell is actually useless and feels cheap. Might as well not package it. A couple screws for the handlebar don't seem to tighten properly so it's a little wobbly? And the FOUR extra screws they send don't help? Guess I'll try lock tight. Assembly is easy. Attach the handle bar, that's it. But for some reason there is a ridiculously long 10 foot wire that you have to CRAM into the steering stem. That's actually a point of failure because wires don't like bending and moving constantly which can cause fraying/electrical problems. The range is a big lie once again. And here we are putting the top speed and miles together in the title. If you want the fun 20mph mode. Expect 12 miles of range maybe with no wind and perfectly flat terrain. Another problem. The acceleration is aggressive and jerky (and probably not power efficient) and not really controllable with the Flicky switch. It should smoothly ramp up in case you need to accelerate in a turn or not feel like your about to do a wheelie. Other scooters I owned have been much better with that. A missing feature here is Electronic braking/KERS. Which can recover power and prevent wear and tear on your physical brakes. (I never even used my physical brakes on prior scooters because of this feature which means less brake maintenance). Also at this price point I expect a scooter to have some sort of IP water resistance. Even little bit. The manual and everything makes it seem like if you hit a puddle or get caught in a shower your scooter is going to explode/fry immediately. Meanwhile, other scooters around this price point i have been able to take through sudden rain and even a windy storm. Because of all this I recommend you look at Hiboy, Segway, Or the fucare brand instead. UPDATE: After 1 week of light usage the LEFT handle break SCREAMS AND HOWLS like a semi truck trying to stop immediately. WHAT A JOKE. Stay away, it may look like a Ferrari scooter on the outside but it's a lemon on the inside. ... show more

Works until it doesn't. In November of 2023 I purchased 3 of these scooters. Slowly as each one hits 400 miles they die. They start to display error codes and are unrideable. Zero help from tech support. Two of the three are now paperweights. I would shop a different brand.
