I received the hoverboard and it worked fine for a month then it started to take off on its own so I went for technical support through the company. They won't answer the phone and sends you to a web sit where I submitted a trouble ticket and never heard back. Amazon did try to help and contacted the company and reassured that it would call me back that day! Still no call and I have a grand daughter that is unhappy as she can't use it. I'm hoping Amazon can help me out but as far as purchasing one DON'T! If the company is not supportive (and they are located in Seattle) there are others out there. ... show more

This was a bday gift for my son who turned 5. The light on the charger flashed from red to green frequently. We tried turning it on but got nothing. There is some smell coming off it as well. Left it charging overnight and the same thing the next morning. We sent this one back and the replacement came 2-25-26. This time the charger flashed from green to red, same outcome. Both times the hoverboard only lit up when on the charger. I'll be sending the replacement back today. We are disappointed because this was his big gift. ... show more
