(TLDR: I got this scooter for less than 300 all together and I would hardly recommend it then. Its not the best built as I've heard rattling since week 1, lost my taillight while riding one day, battery life isn't the best when flooring it, and riding on hills is the worst thing to do on this. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR $400 I GOT IT OVER $100 CHEAPER AND STILL ISNT WORTH IT) I've now had this scooter for 2 months. So far I haven't had issues like others where they had to get replacements. I saw that people had blown their tires so I let some air out when I got it and it's been fine since then. It gets you everywhere and I've been carrying it around my college campus almost daily. But I've noticed so many things using it so much. I like being able to fold it, it takes mere seconds to fold and pick up. It is slightly heavy especially carrying it all day so I would advise leaving it outside. Besides that that's all the good I can think of. The company at least doesn't lie when they say don't ride on inclines. It's performance absolutely tanks but that's for most e-scooters I suspect. I've not gotten it to 16 miles in terms of range but I constantly floor the acceleration so that would likely be the reason why I haven't. The build quality is scary as I've heard it rattle since I got it. It rattle to the point where I lost my taillight while riding it. (This is more of a side note but the speed limiter is somewhat harsh as if it goes over 15mph, it tries to slow you down asap. This is more of a personal gripe though and I wouldn't take this part to heart) This scooter, although as fulfilled my needs, is not worth the $400 asking price and yes I got this significantly cheaper a couple months ago. I do not recommend this AT ALL. But if you really really want it, riding this can be fun and I haven't had it as bad as others so do what you will. ... show more

I've had several trips now so wanted to share my feedback. I weigh about 160lbs. I've gotten nowhere near 16 miles range on a full charge. Mostly flat surface around town. 10-11 miles maximum with the last 2 miles or so going at half the speed until the battery fully depletes. Also, at 14mph this scooter is slower than my other one at 15.5 mph. Just 1.5mph is quite noticeable. The installation was horrible. It came with extra screws. At first, I thought why do you need all these spare screws. However, when trying to screw it in you will quickly find out it doesn't go in all the way and you end up messing up the thread on the screw and needing to try a new screw. After about 15min or trying to screw it in, I hav exhausted all the spare screws. So, now I have one screw sticking out and not being able to tighten by hand all the way in. See photo of what I mean. The price on this is decent, but I'd probably be willing to spend a little more for better range and speed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Ordered it for my daughter’s birthday i we was so excited, but our expectation went down when I opened the box we ordered yellow color but scooter came black in yellow box we was fine with it until i try to turn on it, it doesn’t work I plugged the charger but it was showing green light with means battery if full I checked all the wires no issue was found so I think battery was bad , got full refund 😔 now i have to re order and wait ... show more

After reading all the reviews I decided to try this out as the price was really great, It’s a powerful scooter for smaller adults, not real good for large adults. So far very pleased with it, only wish the base where you stand was a little wider. 2 years after I bought this scooter to my son, its battery is totally dead, even it is used only a few times a month. But this is not the only problem we had with this brand. After the battery died, I ask from their support team for the compatible batteries that I can buy. They didn't give any battery brand or specification that I can buy, instead, they told me that I shouldn't buy a battery outside their web page. But in their page they were not selling any batteries, and that was the case for at least the last month. When I asked, they said they might be out of stock but they don't know when it will be available. After another mont they still won't selling any batteries available on their site. Actually they are selling only a few cords etc on their site, nothing else, and that is not changing by the time. So after waiting a few months I wasn't able to change the dead battery, and the company wasn't helping for that. I had to find solutions myself. I opened the scooter, measured the size of the battery and check the specifications, then tried to find a battery in same size and power. But here wasn't ant batteries with the same sizes in market. So I bought another one and fastened it on to the scooter with some loose ways.Probably it won't endure long. So long story short, if you want to buy a scooter, buy one that you can find replacement parts in the market, at least the battery, or a brand that have support and replacement parts. ... show more
