I just love this little scooter, I don't drive and I was tired of riding a bike so I invested in the scooter and it was well worth the money. Now I did get a flat tire within the first two weeks and went ahead and switched the solid tires and I'm glad I did makes for a bumpier ride but in the long run it was well worth the money. It was easy to learn how to turn it on and off and charge it, it folds up easily and it's easy to store. I did some research on locks for it and I did find a nice solid heavy duty lock to lock it up with when I'm in the store or wherever I am. I am glad I bought this it is a fun little thing to ride around on it gets good mileage I do take my charger with me sometimes I am able to charge it when needed. It functions well but you do need to be aware of potholes I have had a couple of tumbles because if you hit a pothole that is deep enough it will stop you and you will go flying it's like hitting a brick wall. It does not turn on a dime so you have to learn how to maneuver and the break is very very touchy so you need to learn how to break without jolting yourself almost off of it. If you hit the brakes too fast it will skid. I do not own a helmet and I don't really plan on wearing one in the future but I do recommend them for children. Mine doesn't go over 16 mph but you do have to pay attention to where you're riding for safety issues I bought a little horn for it for when I come up behind people on trails and stuff. We bought this last year for my sons birthday and this year upon taking it out from storage over winter it's already toast. My brother in law was able to tedt the battery and the battery is toast moisture was able to get in a screw hole under the foot pad. So much for taking the time to store and use this scooter properly. While it did work my son loved it kinda crappy to spend so much money only for it to not last an entire year ... show more

This is my first electric scooter so I don’t have much to compare it to besides the lime scooters I always rent in the city. Out of the box this scooter was really easy to set up, it only takes 4 screws and you’re ready to go, so that was nice. The color is beautiful and it feels really high quality. I bought a helmet separately and was lucky enough to find one that matches the color perfectly! Riding it feels pretty smooth, I didn’t have any trouble as far as stability, it handled small bumps pretty well too. The only thing I can’t say I don’t love and the reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the brakes, I barely touch the brakes and it jolts and wants to come to a full stop, so if you’re going anything over 5mph it can be pretty scary. I wish it was smoother and more of a slow controlled stop. I actually try my hardest to not use the brakes at all and just let it slow down on its own, but if you need to stop immediately for whatever reason just be super careful! It also definitely doesn’t get you far, so it’s great for a short commute or just fun for exploring cities but don’t expect much from it, I only got about 8 miles using sport mode going about 13 mph most the way. on eco mode the speed caps at about 9mph and sport mode it capped at about 15 mph, I weigh 135 lbs so that probably factors into that. The light on the front is bright and perfect for night riding, and the bell on the handle bar sounds cute. I also highly suggest hiding an airtag and/or an anti theft alarm inside the steering column pole, since this thing doesn’t have any security features I’m a little worried about theft. I just bought a small alarm with a remote that, when armed, sends a warning on the first movement and then goes off if movement continues. I hid it inside before I screwed in the handlebar and it definitely works well, honestly they should’ve added this feature already built in. All in all for the $275 i paid for this I’d say it’s worth it and I’m considering buying one in another color to have for friends to ride. ... show more

We bought this for our daughter to ride to and from class around her small college campus. After purchasing at the end of August the scooter seemed to work fine. By November she noticed the battery was no longer holding a charge. Instead of going for 3-4 days on one charge, she was having to charge it every day. As of January (5 months later), the battery no longer holds a charge greater than 10 mins. After contacting the manufacturer we were told it was OUR fault and that there were a myriade of reasons why the battery was no longer holding a charge. Needless to say, do not waste your money or time on this scooter. You will be buying a new one in less than 6 months. If anyone needs proof of the manufacturers lack of customer service I have saved all the emails between us. ... show more

I’ve always wanted an electric scooter and this one is great! I’ve had it for a couple months and it’s so fun! Has a headlight, bell, cruise control, goes 16mph and I only have to charge it once a week. I drive it to work (1.5 miles each way) love the color really brightens peoples day! Unacceptable battery life. Purchased this scooter in December 2024 and by September 2025 (about 9 months later), the battery would no longer hold charge. Without an extended warranty (which I did not purchase), the seller says this is "out of warranty." Replacement battery costs $140. So when deciding whether you think the price is a good one, take account of this unacceptably short battery life and the cost of the replacement battery. Usage was riding around between classes on a college campus, which should be well within what it can handle. It is very disappointing. The seller offers no replacement batteries for sale either, which leaves you trying to find the right match for a battery replacement. ... show more
