I'm on my second scooter and they both have had the same problem after a month of use. The scooter won't power on. The LED screen will flash on and then off. Our first scooter was a xmas present for my daughter. By the end of January it was broken. Hover-1 Support Ticket was created but no communication, follow-up or troubleshooting was provided by them. Amazon Customer Service was amazing and were able to ship us a replacement. Unfortunately, I just completed my new Hover-1 ticket for the second scooter. Same problem as the first scooter and I don't anticipate Hover-1 getting back to me. I'll reach out to Amazon Customer Service again within a week if Hover-1 is radio silent. Also, both times the manual foot brake snapped off within the first day of use.

This is a very high-quality product in all respects. It's fast and almost silent. The kids love the lights. The e-brake has taken some time to learn to use, but it works well.

Did not come either correct charger. Was supposed to be brand new???? Had to spend 40.00 on 2 different chargers then the breaks broke and another 25.00 now either the battery is screwed up or the control board but I’m over it. DO NOT PURCHASE and their customer service is non existent.

This scooter is small and cheap. The rear break snapped off after two trips up and down our street. It was not being abused and the child on it at the time was way under the weight. The screw holding on the gauge was missing. The “easy fold” is very stiff. Hard for me to operate let alone a 8y/o.

I bought it for my daughter and it’s never went dead after riding quite a ways. I ended up picking one up at Walmart for about 200 bucks, but it only lasted seven blocks when this one didn’t lose a single bar. It’s a bad ass little machine, and it even carries my ass around 200 pounds 511 and I get it up to 10 mph within a couple seconds. Of course it is for a little girl the downside is the light stopped working but I don’t really care the machine does what it needs to do and the battery life is really good I would buy it again.

I ordered this for my 11 year old daughters birthday, recieved it on her birthday she was so excited cause dad has an adult electric scooter she couldn't wait to ride, right out the box was problem number one, it had the incorrect charger with it, brand new mind you, so I packed it back up to order another thinking it would be right the 2nd time, it took a week and a half to get back get processed and refund it, a week and a half after her birthday, 2 weeks LATER I get the new one, again she's excited, it too has the wrong charger, so amazon orders me the actual charger free of charge, "thanks Amazon" two more days wait, we FINALLY get it charged she rides it maybe a day, before the back brake breaks off, and the day after this happens it just powers off the hottest day it could be, a couple miles from the house, had to pay for a Lyft to get us home, very, very horrible experience from day one, do not waste your money unless you enjoy flushing money down the toilet, hover-1 you dropped the ball completely on this product. Birthday ruined I only have it one star because I HAD to put one star or this wouldn't post this.

The biggest issue is that we are missing a charger, and this scooter is completely dead! Three of the led lights will not light up and the sticker is peeling up on the corner. This was a birthday gift, so it was just opened, and I wish I would have opened it and checked it out beforehand. Disappointed in this purchase.
