If you're looking for a food dehydrator that can do it all and hold the decent amount without taking up a huge amount of countertop real estate this would be a good food dehydrator to try. We said it to run overnight and find that most things are perfectly ready to chow down on in the morning. We mostly use it for fruits and vegetables to make our own trail mix and snacks but I'm sure it's absolutely wonderful for meats and other things too. Simple to use clear instructions and best of all easy to clean you can put the trays in the dishwasher.

I’ve been using this dehydrator for a few weeks now and I’m happy with it. The 8 stainless steel trays hold way more than I expected — I can do a full batch of beef jerky and still have room left. The digital timer is super easy to set, and it heats up fast and evenly. Very nice use for fruit slices too. I recomend it

This thing worked great!! At first I didn't think it was working properly. There are hot stickers all on the exterior to caution everyone. But it definitely didn't get hot at all, if anything it was cold/room temperature. The door has a slight crack that lets heat escape, but this doesn't seem to affect it's purpose and I believe it to be part of the engineering of this dehydrator. With the outsides not getting hot, also the hot air that was coming out the vents and door weren't hot at all either. Just warm. But after about 6 hours, my jerky turned out perectly!! Only had to use half the shelves, so it'll hold a lot. I can't wait to use this for years to come! Great product for the value.
