I have recently started going to the gym. I also work 12+ hr overnight shifts. I was looking for at home equipment to help me do some exercises when I am too tired to go to the gym. This set is perfect. I was skeptical at the quality as you get so much for a great price. The equipment is sturdy and made well. I am able to do a full body pilates workout right in my living room. I have noticed that I even get sore when I put in extra work. I am surprised as an at home workout has never left me feeling like I got a great workout. I use the stretch bar everyday and feel as if my muscles are getting looser and I am hitting lower depths on my squats. I am happy I added this to my workout routine.

EDIT: Two of the bands turned out to be faulty and broke. However, seller reached out to me and offered full refund and replacement. Ultimately pleased with customer service. Original review: I purchased this for home workouts for days in the absence of a gym. The bar, wheels, and handles are good quality; I particularly like that the handles are lightweight but still feel well made. The rubber resistance bands look cheap but feel strong. Great overall for the price. My only other criticism is that the box arrived slightly falling apart, but this may just be due to poor delivery conditions.

Here’s what you may want to know. Yes, this is a durable set. I’m impressed with all of the components and can tell by inspection it will do what I’m wanting to achieve. Some of these strengthening exercises will be incredibly difficult while others may be easier. As a former fitness trainer I know where to put my efforts. Remember to take it easy and don’t over challenge yourself or you won’t achieve your goals. Nothing worse than feeling discouraged and giving up. Take your time and push just enough past your comfort level that you begin to see results in a few months. If you’re not feeling the burn or pain after a cycle then you’re not pushing hard enough. For some this may mean more tension, and others this may mean more repetitive training. Good luck.

It's good for working out. Really feels nice, makes up for a nice hour work out for me, easy to use and fun. But! On day 9 of using it(I was working out every day), in the middle of a workout two of the bands broke ( also not of the same kind) see picture. Not sure what now, I should get new ones I guess but it kinda disrupts my routine now. Well, guess this is what you get for the price

I like the product but have to return it, I don't want to return it I brought it used it came in excellent condition it was just missing one of the handles I would have settled for a replacement handle but they said that they have to replace the whole product so I'm sending it back and then reorder
