I put in batteries & got the desired effect. HD to cancell my trip due to storm damage. But have doubt it could be applied easily in a similar situation. I'm glad for the extra, safety feature it is very lightweight, & A little flimsy.

I personally give this product 5 stars, I went on a business trip and had to travel & stay by myself for the first time and I was scared to stay at the hotel. I bought this door lock & door alarm and I felt so much safer, I even struggled to open the door and remove the lock myself 🤣 but it just made me feel much safer. 10/10

I bought this wanting to feel safe and for one thing I can tell you that the door stopper that goes on the floor does NOTHING! I tried opening the door and getting a friend to try opening the door alone with it and it SLIDES like its nothing! I tried it on carpet floor which is what a lot of hotels usually have so I wouldn’t use it as a door stopper but as an alarm. It’s cheap and feels like flimsy plastic so I guarantee you it won’t do much for safety (alone that is). The other gadget does seem to work so I have a peace of mind with that but I will be looking for a different door stopper.
