This Gazebo is made to last years without repairs. I built my 20' x 12' by myself, but I recommend having one or two other people to work with you. I slowly built it over 3 days and had a blast. Once built, we use it all the time. It's our 4 Season's Gazebo! Great price, excellent build documentation and very sturdy. We love it and highly recommend it for you!!

Oversized Lego, with assembly instructions by pictures. Star bolt heads strip out 4 out of 10 times. The so-called gutter system has an assembly seam in the middle and guess where the water leaks from? , My 17-year-old and 15-year-old sons ( big country boys ) put it together with the required tools and two 6' ladders in 4 days in 90-plus-degree weather ( for mom ). If you have the patience and an end goal with dedicated help who's capable of taking over when you've lost your mind and all your tools have learned to fly at least twice, then yes it's worth it. PS wait until you get to putting up the curtains ( !@#!###@@ ) and then enjoy the time with your family and friends because believe it or not, it's worth it in the end.

The item is GREAT but my problem was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HOTEEL even though they share they have customer service available. I received the item in 7 very large boxes that were very heavy. I unpacked the boxes to check for damages found several damaged parts and most I was able to fix. 1-peice (A1) was damage beyond my ability to repair (bent in box), but I was able to use it by hideing it in the back after we built it, which I should NOT have had to do. Before puchaseing this item I did my research and found this company had 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE, PARTS AVAILABLE, & DELIVERY, which is the main reason for selcting this company and product. Unfortunately this is not the case, there is NO CONTACT NUMBER OR WEB PAGE OR EMAIL AVAILABLE BY THIS COMPANY THAT I FOUND. My only recourse was to call AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT ALL AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABLE TO DO IS REPLACE THE ENTIRE GAZEBO WHICH SEEMED CONTRARY TO THE AD FROM HOTEEL ABOUT THEIR AVAILABILTY. AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT HELP IN CONTACTING HOTEEL EITHER. What was very unfortunate for me was the Customer Service Associate said he was the LAST PERSON I could talk to when I asked for a Supervisor or Manager in Amazon. And then he told me to call back to get talk to someone else in Amazon. During my many conversations with Amazon Customer Service, twice I was hung up on, but I did not shout or was rude, just very frustrated with the entire situation. We ordered the 12x20. It’s great when it’s not raining. It doesn’t drain with the legs like it says it’s supposed to and in between the legs it drips. Couple of roof pieces came bent but we worked with it. Does take a while to put together.
