This isn't a bad product especially for the price. It did what it said. I use it make wax melts. I just wish it had actual temps on it instead of "1-5". As I was melting the wax, I wanted to turn up the temp a little. I just turned the knob maybe 1/8 of an inch and the temp went from 140° to 220° in about two minutes. ... show more

I was very disappointed with this product I bought I to make my candy apples. It get hot but it shuts off when it reach a certain temperature leaving your food not finish

    • Love it but it wobbles
The cord is a nice long length which is impossible to find and the cook surface is large. It heats up fast and it seems to be a much better quality of materials than others I’ve seen. It’s shiny new without a scratch, even though the box was not in great shape. The only problem is that it wobbles. The rubber feet are all the same height so all I can figure out is that there might be a slight warp in the frame or something to throw the balance off. All I know to do is to stick something under the two shorter corners to keep it steady. Very pleased aside from this issue. ... show more

I am an egg freak. I cook eggs every day, but was tired of brining hard boiled eggs to work. I wanted to cook eggs sunny up at work and not cause a smoky mess. This burner fits the bill perfectly. I have only cooked eggs in a non-stick pan, but it heats up within 2 minutes or so (I crank it up all the way to 5) and cooks very evenly. There is no smoke, and cools down within 5 minutes.
