I love it. Its good quality and it’s very spacious. The only complaint I have is that bottom right door leans in toward the cabinet so it touches when I open or close the door. I even unscrewed both latches and switched them thinking that would fix it but nope. All the other doors fit great and don’t hang. So not a dealbreaker. I’m still in love with it! I got this cabinet pantry for extra space. I only had the rack as pantry storage. And everything in the cabinet was scrammed on that rack. So much better and a lot more organized now!! It did take about 4 hours to put together with a helper. We took a couple breaks so probably could’ve done it in 3. It’s heavy but not super heavy. I like the magnets on the cabinet that helps the door close. The labeling was accurate and the manual was pretty easy to understand for the most part. I did get confused a couple times but I was just overthinking.

All pieces werlabeled well . Was missing two flat screws for attatching handles The directions were visual but easy to follow. The metal the hardware are made of is low quality. I tried to take one of the lock screws off and the grooves collapsed and malformed the head . Multiple times . End product is sturdy and functional i would buy again

I searched for some time before landing on this Hostack cabinet. The color (white) and simple styling match my adjacent room (kitchen). Assembly took 3 or 4 hours. Longer for the first cabinet but I felt like a pro assembling the second one. All it took was patience and a Phillips head screwdriver. Once each half was assembled, I needed someone to help lower the top onto the base to line up with all the screws, dowels, and backer piece. The parts are machined so precisely that it didn't take any effort. Once each person had their side lined up, it snugged together without any fuss and all I had to do was tighten down the six fasteners. Done! I'm 60 and found the assembly to be straight forward and manageable. The final assembly took place in the room where I intended for them so it was easy enough to carefully slide them into place along the wall. If I remove them to another room, I'll employ furniture sliders. My only disappointment was finding an imprint of three fingers on one of the cabinet doors. I didn't notice til it was already assembled. I thought it was just a dirt smudge but when I tried wiping it off, it lifted a little but the print remained. It appears like someone tested the surface to see if the paint was dry yet. (The last picture included) I'm going to contact the company to see if they would be willing to send a replacement door. I thought the directions weren't included and they sent me a PDF within hours after I contacted them. So they are responsive. And I eventually found the directions -- laying in the bottom under all the boards. The second box was packed the same way. I am immensely pleased with these cabinets. All the predrilled holes line up perfectly so the gaps between the doors and drawers are uniform. They're a beautiful accent piece and provide ample extra storage for those things previously stored down in the basement, from paper towels to my Kitchen Aid mixer. Just in time for cookie season!! (But isn't it always cookie season? 😉) The price is comparable to similarly sized cabinets. I wouldn't hesitate to grab this while it's available! Highly recommend!! UPDATE: Contacted company about the door with finger smudges in the paint. They quickly replied and offered a discount at first but I preferred to get a new door. They kept communicating to be sure the door arrived and that I was satisfied with the outcome. The door arrived from their warehouse in California in about a week and they provided tracking information so I could keep tabs on the progress. Would definitely buy again from Hostack based on both the quality of this product and their helpful customer service.

This is a very nice cabinet. I like the layout and the drawers glide smoothly. I’m still trying to figure out how to store my things but love all the different options and shelves. The doors close quietly and the screws are pretty solid. Directions are easy to follow. The item is solid — for engineered wood it has substance. Also the company is great to work with— my shipment was damaged (likely intranet) and I had to contact them. They not only responded right away but worked with me to find solutions until it was resolved. They were always kind & considerate. Honestly it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. My kitchen is small with little storage. So I’ve been eying a second cabinet & will definitely buy another from them.

I feel it's good quality and great value for the money. Doors close symmetrically. If you have issues with the doors you need to ensure the cabinet is level. I really am happy with this cabinet.

Never forget that "engineered wood" is the marketing term for glued sawdust. This isn't all bad. It make furniture much less expensive and lighter than using solid wood. That aside for the price this is a decent value. It does look good. The doors are even, close well and have an even gap. The drawers are small but functionality and glide well. There are a lot of little extra touches like stoppers to prevent the floating back panels from rattling around. Building is tedious but easy. The only really annoying part is attaching the doors to the frame. It is a PITA and ideally have 2 people (one to hold the door). The directions are VERY clear and easy to understand. As with most of these kits they include some spare parts but the one screw I broke (by over tightening when attaching the handle) did not have a spare and the local big box store did not have a match so I had to accept a less than ideal substitute. Tip: Pickup some sticky felt and put it on the bottom before connecting the top and bottom. Makes moving is so much easier on a smooth floor.
