I was excited to get this chair. Plus if I didn't like it I could return it- so the listing says. Here is my story. The pros: The wood is very nice and sturdy The cons: the covers for the cushions are not well made. I put them on (as instructed) and got a tear in the seam- before even sitting on the chair. The other thing is the chair is SOOOOO LOW TO THE GROUND that you might as well get a cushion and sit on the ground! Then I found out, despite the listing, that if I wanted to return the chair I would have to pay to ship it back to the seller- yikes! You can only imagine the cost to ship it back! The seller was okay to work with, they ended up offering me 50% of the purchase price and I didn't have to ship it back. Obviously I lost money in the deal but it was a lesson learned- make sure you can return furniture on their dime if you don't like it! ... show more

This chair is low to the floor and comfortable to read a blog or a book. The seat is nice and full but the back and the pillow look like 1/2 deflated balloons.
