I'm not sure if I like the product yet because I haven't been able to use it. 1 it sat in my garage for about a week taking up space and I couldn't park my car in it. 2 the product is super heavy. 3 my husband put it together with no issue then all of a sudden we plug it in and the darn thing dont work. We tried troubleshooting and still nothing nada!!! I'm pissed because it wasn't cheap and nobody has money just to throw away on a product they cant use. I'm pissed because its probably going to be a hassle to send back. Now if I get a response from customer service and some miracle happen then I will change my opinion. We work to hard for this ish and nobody has time to be on the phone with tech support trying to figure something out over the phone. Somebody needs to come look at this machine or I need another one asap. Get together Horizon or whoever!!! ... show more

The treadmill looks good but arrived damaged!!! At first view was looking bent , but I told to my self just wait to see it after assembled. Spent an hour assembling the treadmill, really heavy , then when I've tried to turn it on , surprise! It doesn't turn on ... I've checked my plugs first , then used the troubleshooting included in the user manual with no luck... then I've opened the cover of the motor and found out that one wire was disconnected... the funny part is that inside the box I've found an inspection sheet that says that everything has been inspected... with a loose wire... then , after this was fixed I've better checked the steel support frame at the bottom and I've found out that is completely bent on one side!! So the treadmill is not usable at all... likely Amazon accepted right away the replacement with a new one , but now I have to wait other 12 days to can get it, hopefully it will arrive not damaged... i have pictures of the box damaged on the outside... ... show more

Stopped working after only 1 day of use. Very difficult to assemble and looks like basic things are not even addressed properly. Moving this machine is extremely difficult. I just feel its not even worth for the money. Horrible support too. Called 3 times during the working hours and they mentioned they are currently closed. Stay away from this machine. ... show more

I have had my Horizon T303 for several weeks now and I use it everyday. It is packed well and is not too difficult to assemble. Everything arrived in perfect shape (unlike myself!). Directions are okay. Read and follow carefully. Note that it is not able to.move through typical doorways, so make sure you assemble it where you will be using it! It is quite heavy and not so easy to move on the tiny wheels on the bottom. DO NOT try to slide the treadmill across carpet! I did this and it ruined the rubber levelers on the bottom of the treadmill (the rubber ripped right off because of the friction of the carpet). The Bluetooth is not great...that is to say that the speakers are subpar. They do not play very loudly. The fan on this unit is a joke. It barely makes any discernible breeze whatsoever! I use a box fan placed on the floor for cooling while working out. I have had trouble with the belt slipping (the belt surface itself seems very thin compared with other treadmills. Certainly way thinner than my previous Proform treadmill. I will have to see how it holds up. I paid just north of one K after taxes. I think it is more of an entry level treadmill than a pro unit. All in all, I think I got what I paid for. ... show more

Love the treadmill!!! The assembly instructions are not fantastic. If you put one of the plastic pieces on incorrectly, the metal screw head strips easily. I also can not possibly stress enough how heavy this thing is in the box. We paid extra for delivery to the upstairs location where we wanted it and it worth twice what they charged. I have had this treadmill for about a month and it is solid (heavy duty steel), durable, and gives me the features i wanted in a more expensive treadmill. The speed, incline, distance, and time features are great and very easy to use. I don't move it around or fold it up but it seems easy enough. There are a couple of minor downsides but i won't take away a star for them. 1. i wish that the pause workout lasted longer, if you go away for more than 5 minutes it resets your workout...that may be fixable and i just don't know about it. 2. The assembly instructions aren't the greatest - but it didn't take long and came together fine. Everything else is outstanding...my wife and i use it daily . It's very quiet and has a built in mini fan which is nice. i watch Netflix / Amazon while working out and always attach the auto shut off clip in case im not paying attention to how far back on the track i'm getting. I did alot of research on these and I'm glad i purchased this and would do it again. ... show more
