I purchased the L-Shape w/ Ottoman in grey. The couch is HUGE. It is sturdy and sits you up high, all while being the comfy cozy deep couch you need for family lounging. The fabric is soft and thick, and does not move like bean bag covering. The couch really does pop out once the plastic seal is broken. The only assembly was pushing the modules together. The pieces are heavy, so you may need 1 other person for set up depending on what model you purchased or your flooring. With it being heavy, although velecrow pieces are provided to tether the sections, the pieces won't really move. The cushioning is NOT thin and it doesnt sink or give. The pillows are large and full. It took about 1 hour for full shape to form. There was no weird smell, just new packaging smell. I also realize this couch has removed the crevice-crumbs-under-the-pillows-and-cushions problem of a traditional couch. We are a family of 5 and all the children are under 6. This couch is perfect for us. There were only 5 reviews when I bought this viuch last week. I'm so glad I bought it. ... show more

Very happy with our purchase. They did make a mistake and forgot a piece of our couch but they made it right! Super comfortable, soft, and moves around easy for different set ups! Very thick and does not make dents where you have sat down.

Took about 10 minutes to set up with one person, expanded right away. Pillows took a bit longer to expand. Couch is great only thing is the back is a bit short, huge and will fit a lot of people

It looks like it's short and I was nervous I would be falling into a coach my large behind couldn't get out of but it's actually perfect. I am 5'4" so not tall by any means but the pics made in look mini. It's really soft fabric and the foam inside lightly forms to you without feeling hot. It came in 3 boxes that came 2 one day and 1 the next so I wasn't waiting weeks for half a couch tg. Pieces were rolls and in air tight bags wrapped in plastic so no weird smells or anything. The plastic the bag is rolled in is about .25 mile long so stretch before attempting. It fluffed up instantly so the kids were quick to make use of the new jungle gym. My kids yeet eachother all over this thing and it stays put on carpet and has no signs of the trauma it's been through a couple weeks later. ... show more

Let me start by saying I have a large home. This couch is too big and has 2 left corners so it can't have any flexibility on configuration at all. Would have been much better if the backs were removable. I'm trying to figure out how to return this monstrosity and get something better.
