- HEAVY DUTY STEEL CONSTRUCTION Industrial quality food truck equipment is built from 18-gauge steel. All joints are welded liquid tight without seams by an automatic wire fed MIG welder. Each grease trough is equipped with a stainless steel cup.
- EASY TO CLEAN WITH QUALITY FEATURES Comes with install bolt kit for simple assembly. Stainless grease cup attaches to the tray that runs beneath the entire length of the hood.
