  • Good Quality Greenhouse
Good product. After you get the first one done, it will be quick. I bought 3 and did the last 2 in 10 minutes each despite my wife helping. The zippers are good and you can tie the greenhouse down with cynderblocks or anything solid. Use adjustable grip hitch knots and buy some cheap little carabiner clips to make them easy to detach. Plenty of rooms for lots of plants and a coule shelves, I bought rolling ones. ... show more

  • Solid and Works Better Than Expected
I am using this in the mid-coast area of Maine. We have a somewhat short growing season, so having a greenhouse helps I researched a few of these basic greenhouses on Amazon. This one is the best. It was easy to assemble. I read the horror stories about how other greenhouses have blown away in the wind, so we took precautions. We garden with raised beds, so we built a bed into the frame of the greenhouse on one side. The bed is 12 inches deep and the side flap of the greenhouse is tucked under the soil. We even notched the 2" boards of the bed frame so that the bottom pipe of the greenhouse frame is further anchored. On the other side we have a raised bed outside the greenhouse with the bottom flaps tucked under that bed. It will take a tornado to rip the greenhouse apart. PROs: 1. The fabric appears to be very sturdy. It does an excellent job of trapping the heat. We've had it for several weeks and there appears to be no deterioration. 2. Windows! It gets very hot mid day. Three windows on each side allows us to control the temperature. We've recorded temperatures of 110+F degrees on plants and 140+F on objects. Windows with screens are essential. 3. Stand Up. You can actually walk around without stooping over. 4. Low price. Even if the fabric deteriorates, it would be worth it to buy again for the replacement. 5. It works. It provides a good growing environment. It maintains good humidity. With the windows you can control the humidity, too. 6. Protects plants from pests. We lined the bottom with hardware cloth. We haven't had any varmints get in, so far. CONs 1. Too hot. If you don't monitor it every day, it can overheat. 2. Cools off too quickly overnight. In the early morning the temperature inside is about equal to the outside temperature. We are adding a floor made of cheap concrete blocks painted black. We hope that can act as a heat sink to absorb some of the heat during the day and warm the greenhouse at night. I'm glad I bought THIS greenhouse. It is working great, so far. If anything changes, I will update the post. ... show more

  • for the price, a good deal
We live in Texas where it really doesn't get too cold and if it does it only lasts a few days. This is a decent greenhouse for our area. Up north where it snows, ices and gets really cold? Maybe not. I don't think it would hold up under snow or a coating of ice. It was easy enough to assemble and I was able to do most of it alone. It does use screws rather than snapping together like another, smaller greenhouse we have. I encourage you to follow the instructions because alot of the pieces look alike and I had to undo a few and start over. (pro tip: if the screw holes don't line up, then double check the pieces you've used...probably the wrong ones OR you've not followed the diagram of placement) Once the frame is complete then the cover goes on. It has little ribbon ties that hold it to the frame and take your time and adjust them so the cover fits snugly from back to front. That will help with the zipping of the door. It has little mesh covered windows with velcro around them to close. Be careful when pulling the flap to open the window because the velcro is not sewed on real well but it holds and keeps the wind/rain out when closed. The front door is a large flap that rolls up when unzipped on both sides and secures with velcro loops when you want it open. My zippers are already coming unsewed at the bottom so I'm going to secure them with additional sewing myself. The cover is not very thick and as I said before, probably not enough for a really cold area. It comes with 4 tie downs and ground pegs. I tied the back of mine to my fence posts and secured the front ties with concrete bricks. I also put concrete bricks completely around the bottom edges of the greenhouse. It keeps the wind out and that sucker isn't going to blow away on a windy day Overall, it is a decent value for the money spent, it has a lot of room inside (I put a folding table and some shelving in there for plants) and I think it iwll make it through the winter and into the spring for starting my seeds for next season's garden. ... show more

  • Great value for money
At the price, it is hard to beat this greenhouse. First, assembly was easy and straightforward. It took about an hour to put this together by myself. Instructions were clear, no ambiguity. It would have been easier and quicker with 2 people, but doable with 1 person. Second, materials (both frame and cover) used for the greenhouse are sturdy enough for a basic greenhouse. I did not find any of the materials flimsy. The key concern I had when assembling was to ensure that the greenhouse would be secure during times of strong winds. I had read a number of reviews about the greenhouse being blown away in a strong wind. To secure the greenhouse, I weighted down the frame with a number of bricks. I also intend to provide additional support by tying the corners down to T bars. Finally, this greenhouse does provide a level of security for plants that we are trying to save over the winter. We will see how well this works over the balance of the winter. ... show more

  • This little greenhouse is pretty awesome
This little greenhouse is studied than previous ones I’ve bought though one of the zipper pulls broke in half the first day and the seamstress that sewed the cover put the tie downs inside in a place where there is nothing to tie them to. My baby plants are happy though and the last wind and snow storm did not collapse it so I’m satisfied for the price I paid ... show more

  • Good size
As the title says it is a good size, decent quality, and easy to assemble with two people once you decipher the illustrations in the directions. Pay attention to the pictures as the uprights for the middle, and the end pieces look identical with the exception of an extra hole.
