We naively thought we could put it on our kitchen counter but that would have took up too much real estate. As you can see on our photos we used it outside, and have now ordered a stainless steel cart to put it on for future use. This will become an outdoor use oven for us. Here are some of the control issues we had. The Timer Function: The timer on the oven does not do anything, it is a simple clockwork timer not attached to any circuit. We found this out by following the instructions for first use, where you are meant to have the oven on for 40 minutes to burn off the smell of manufacturing.... we turned both elements on to 525 deg f and then set the timer to 40 minutes. Three hours later we went out expecting a cool oven, only to find out it had been on the entire time. There is a simplified circuit diagram in the manual that omits the timer completely and the timer has no "on" setting so we can assume the timer does absolutely nothing. Lack of Pre-heat indication: Each element has a single indicator light, there is no pre-heat light to let you know the oven has reached the temperature you set it for. Finish, we have some finish issues on the door, the bottom left hand corner of the door has bad finishing from manufacturing. When an oven retails at this price the finish should be perfect. On the positive side, the inside of the oven is huge and the door is full width so you should be able to make a pizza the full size of the included stone. The stone is exactly 15 5/8" square. We made two small pizzas and were succesful on our first attempt, very tasty. Thank you for reading my review and looking at my photos of this product. I hope you found it helpful! The media could not be loaded. Made my first pizza. It was really fun. Thing is big! but you can't make a 16" pizza unless it's 16". I received my oven on a Friday, but my pizza Stone was broke in three pieces. Using the thank you for purchasing email, I contacted them Right away,. I had a new stone on the following Wednesday 5 days after I got it the oven. I was looking forward to having pizza on the day I got it, but oh well. As for the oven it preheated up in about 10 minutes to 15 minutes and then what can you say, it's a box the heats up. It's an oven. ... show more

Yes it makes pizza, no it is not super quick at it. This is an amazing small commercial oven. Ive made pizza yes.. but also croissant, baguettes, cupcakes. It takes a standard amount of time to heat up for any oven. Pizza cooks in about 12-14 minutes. Its a perfect supplement to my larger oven so I can double my baking. ... show more
