Very pleased with this 'bench' and price. Wanted something for a few plants to sit on inside the house by a sliding glass door to sunroom. Love that this can also be used as a bench for our dining/kitchen talble if a group comes over, although I have NOT had anyone sit on it yet. Bought this for temporary seating while I was getting some kitchen chairs redone. It's got a slim form factor and stashes nicely under the dinner table. Someone didn't take Geometry class - this bench flips over if you sit on the ends. Another star off for Allen hardware. Yeah. Ffs. The "accessory kit" seems meant for something else. Wooden pins aren't used? Seems to be a quality issue with the holes as well. See other reviews. My screws fell out - had to glue them in to keep the top on. Overall, it's inexpensive but functional, you get what you pay for. ... show more

The bench is pretty and looks like the picture. It’s easy to assemble. However, I wouldn’t recommend this for regular use because it’s not the sturdiest. I have it in the entry way for a quick place to put shoes on so it will be fine. But if you have kids that might jump on it or be swinging around while sitting, I’d suggest something a bit more resistant. But for the money it’s a great buy. Purchased for our son's bedroom to act as more of a shelf/storage for his sports gear, rather than a bench seat. He doe use it to put his shoes on in the morning and it seems sturdy enough for that. The lower shelf is a nice touch for our use here. he stores his shoes on the lower shelf and whatever bag (swimming, soccer, track, golf, fishing) is next up.
