If you are fit/lean then size down. I am 5’6” 142 lbs with a 30” waist and a 36” chest. I normally wear a small, but with this shirt I’m an XS and it fits perfectly. It’s not too tight nor is it too loose. Great quality shirt, soft stretchy breathable material and beautiful color. My hubby is 6’2 and 262 lbs of rompin stompin hell and the XL has enough stretch in the bicep to fit his muscles but it is snug.
