    • To unlock, first push handle left, then right!
Safe works well and is a decent size. I had a little trouble securing it with the concrete bolt but they may be more related to my houses foundation than anything else. There was a review I saw that mention it wouldn’t unlock after entering the code and at first I had a similar issue, but figured out that if you first push the handle to the left until you here a little click and then back to the right to unlatch the lock, it works fine every time. Even though it’s water and fireproof I also bought some water/fireproof bags to store some important documents, and it fits just fine along with another small cash box. Overall, happy with the product - it’s sturdy and large enough for my needs and pretty easy to install and “hide”. ... show more

Good safe. However, I'm still waiting for a call back for assistance. Had trouble changing codes. No one has ever returned my call. It's been over 3 weeks now
